The only thing I was not satisfied was the strong chlorine smell in my room so I had to ask for a switch to another room, which turned out to be OK. The staff were very friendly and helpful. - CNChris NaveOct 6, 20252.0Majorly disappointed given the previous reviews. Arrived after a raucous playoff game and just wanted a quiet,clean place near the thruway. The attendant checking us in was friendly but the room was in poor shape. Only one of the locks on the door worked due to what looked like previous damage around the frame. The bathroom had warping ceilings and wallpaper from water damage and black mold/ mildew around the pipes under the sink. We asked for a new room and explained why and they told us no other rooms were available. It was late at night, we had our kid with us and we were too exhausted to switch hotels (it was just for one night thankfully). The beds were soft and the sheets looked clean. Very little sound-proofing between rooms and the hallway. Stains on the carpeting. The wall unit a/c was loud and patched with duct tape in parts. The room was dated and not kept in good condition. Even with a sound machine on (that we brought), it was loud. Mentioned again at check out the condition of the room and the desk attendant scribbled it down on a piece of paper but didn't say anything. Would not recommend.
