Special thanks to Manager Mr. Mamun Azam for excellent leadership, front desk staff Milan, Saschi, and Sam for their friendly and professional service, housekeeping Nida and all the girls for exceptional cleanliness, and Cloudia for a great breakfast experience. Highly recommended!
- RBRobert BruskinJan 2, 20261.0Be careful dealing with the manager and receiving unauthorized charges. The hot tub malfunctioned and was spraying at the walls and not inside the tub. It was very strange and the tub was only half full at that time. The on button does not allow it to be turned off. The room ended up flooding due to all the water. The manager is blaming us say, we dont know how to use it.Rediculous. Now he put 1,000 on our credit card expecting us to pay the damages. I dont know what caused the failure, and he says he could not duplicate it, However, it was not our fault.

One is cracked and broken, the other is literally pulled out of the ground. Hotel representative could not tell is when or if it will be fixed. So we were mislead . Never staying here again.

They were very accommodating to everything our guests needed. Linda helped us every step of the way, promptly answering any question we had. Rooms were clean, breakfast was included, and they even provided us a room for an after party. We highly recommend this hotel for a wedding room block or any other booking!
