The rooms were clean and updated, and the location is great. However, I did have two issues. When I called the front desk to ask about adding breakfast, the staff redirected me to Expedia—only for Expedia to tell me that the hotel doesn’t offer breakfast at all. I could’ve avoided sitting on hold if the front desk had just told me that from the beginning. Also, the hot tub wasn’t working during our stay, which was a disappointment since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Overall, it’s a nice place with fun amenities attached, but there were a couple of things that definitely could have been handled better.

The rooms were nice and guests enjoyed being able to gather around the fire pits when they returned to the hotel.

We have two kids and was really tough to go back and forth trying to get it fixed. We talked to the front desk, it didn’t get resolved. We never had key card issues in any other place. We only stayed one night, but probably will not stay here in the future.
