    I have stayed many times in various 3-star hotels across the United States, and all of them usually provide one or two complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. At this hotel, I arrived late at night and couldn’t buy water because the stores were closed. When I asked if we could have a bottle of water for the room since my son was thirsty, they said they couldn’t provide one and told me to buy it from the minibar—for $5 per bottle. When I mentioned that most 3-star hotels usually offer complimentary water and asked if they could do the same, a male staff member at the front desk responded very harshly, saying they don’t provide it. Meanwhile, a female staff member raised her voice and told me, “Then go stay somewhere else.” This is the first time in my life I have encountered such rude and disrespectful staff. I am very disappointed. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone.

    Holiday Inn Express is generally your best option for mid-level stays. This one is even better than the rest. Barely a year old, everything is new and clean. And the staff is really friendly and helpful

    Hotel is basically new. Room is very spacy and clean. Located in a place with shops and restaurants.

    Stayed here for six nights and had a mixed experience. The hotel is newer, with free parking and breakfast, and it’s in a great location with plenty of walkable food and retail options. The room was a good size. However, cleanliness was an issue at check-in—we found that someone had wiped their nose on the wall. It was addressed after we reported it, but shouldn’t have been missed. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, which we weren’t aware of. We asked twice and only received limited service once (trash and towels). Walls are thin, so noise from doors and foot traffic—especially late at night—was noticeable. The parking lot also had many trucks and buses, sometimes blocking cars overnight. Overall, decent stay for the location and value, but improvements in cleanliness and service would help.

    I'm from California where were nice to you until you give us a reason not to be I found the male members of the staff to be very respectful and kind and easy to speak to but the females were very rude standoffish sassy we got snowed in and I was told by the lady at the counter that all of the snow shovels had been stolen and we're not available so I went upstairs got my bags came back down to check out and man was standing in front of me ask for a shovel and was told he'd have to give his ID for the deposit on the shovel he didn't have it so he moved she saw me standing there with my ID out and I said I'll take that shovel that you said you didn't have
