  I stay here frequently when I come in town and their customer service team is nothing but amazing. My girls Shayla and Samantha are the best they make sure I'm taking care of when I arrive i love ❤️ this hotel i never have an issue this is like my second home.

  Pancakes machine doesn’t cook well Juice machine always broken No hot chocolate Terrible breakfast!! Rooms and service are perfect, not to say!

  If you want towels, the won't have any fresh ones. I have never seen a hotel that doesn't have linens upon request. We have had the issue for 3 days in a row, each night they have been out. It's ridiculous. Go elsewhere. To spend $160 on a room, and not even get the basic necessities is unacceptable. As someone who travels every weekend for work I have never been to a hotel with a problem like this. Lazy staff.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Team – Holiday Inn Express Linden I want to take a moment to recognize some truly outstanding team members at the Holiday Inn Express Linden. Bashar, in the breakfast area, was consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. He made sure everything was well stocked and clean, and his positive energy first thing in the morning really set the tone for the day. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Samantha and Shailah were absolutely incredible at the front desk. We experienced some scheduling conflicts, and instead of it becoming stressful, they handled everything smoothly and professionally. They were responsive, solution-focused, and made changes to our reservation quickly and efficiently. All three of them were not just doing their jobs — they were elevating the guest experience. They are awesome staff members and truly in the right place. IHG should be proud to have team members like this representing their brand. They all deserve recognition… and honestly, a raise. We will absolutely return because of them.
