this spot really made my entire stay in new jersey quite pleasant!! i drove 16 hours from nova scotia, canada; and the gentleman at the desk when i arrived was very understanding and kind - very pleasant to talk to after such a long trip. my cards wouldn't work for the deposit as they're canadian cards, and he went above and beyond to make sure i was able to get checked in stress free and rest. words can't describe how thankful i was and still am! very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms as well as a clean lobby with lots of good selection at the canteen/store area; great location (close to lots of places i planned to visit during my week long stay) and service was all around great. unfortunately, i didn't catch the name of the specific employees that made the difference during my stay, but they were all so wonderful! i will definitely be staying here for my next trip to NJ, and looking forward to it! :)

The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. However, there are a few negatives about my particular experience. Firstly, there was a fire alarm that was going for about 1/2 hour, and no fire was detected. Second issue, noisy people passing through the halls between 1-2 am. The sound proofing is non existent. The couple next door had their toddler running around making lots of noise at 5:30, not respecting the other visitors. Then those same neighbors started cooking their food around 7 am, banging pots and dishes, and speaking loudly. The door that allows for adjoining rooms allowed noise and strong scents from their ethnic seasonings to penetrate my room. More lost sleep and a not too pleasant odor that took over the room. Bring your earplugs if you’re going to book here. Or get an end room far from the elevator and make sure there is no access door for an adjoining room situation.

stayed here for multiple nights and it was the first IHG hotel we ever stayed at. I can easily say I wish all hotels were just like this one. The staff was extremely friendly, hotel and every part of the room was exceptionally clean. Would recommend to anyone and definitely will stay here every time we are in the area!

The room is super nice and clean- they have food options like snacks and frozen meals downstairs and coffee 24/7. It was wonderful. It’s brand new so you can smell the new scent lol. Very clean and staff is super nice. The only thing is I like the heat at 74-76 and it doesn’t get hot. I’m in room 303 and the air will throw out heat for 10-15 then change to cool cold air and I couldn’t deal with it. The water temp in the shower is good. When I called the front desk I was told it’s funny and to wait and mess with it. While I did wait for two hours since checking in. Then I went downstairs to ask to change rooms the front desk seems confused and said let me see. I got to my room and the heat had started working again, so I called downstairs and said it was OK but to no surprise 10 minutes later the heat stopped working. Long story short I ended up buying a portable heater from Home Depot. That worked out just fine. They were gonna send maintenance to my room, but I honestly think it’s the issue with the whole hotel.
