  We had booked this property as we had come for a Wedding and some sight seeing in New York. It’s a perfect place if you have planned to visit the Worlds BIG APPLE as all the Prime touristic spots are just couple of Miles from this property. It’s a well maintained property without any flaw and all the staff are super friendly right from the Reception Desk and the Pantry. We were placed on the 5th floor and rooms were neat and tidy. The latest Costa Coffee machines installed at all IHG Properties are the latest upgrade. The Pool , Gym and the Ample Car parking are another feature of this property.

  So as an IGH member I booked 4 rooms for a week for a work trip. Normally stay with Hilton brands but it was close and convenient to the jobsite. I always ship my equipment ahead if time and never have a problem with the hotel just putting the packages aside until we arrive. This hotel I guess must not want my business because they sent the packages away. After speaking to the foreigner at the desk he said they have no room and find another place to store them. Okay being raised in the area I have family and friends. Packages rerouted. Also entire work crew rerouted to another hotel. It's the little things that make a difference. And this place doesnt know that yet. I can always trust a Hilton to come thru.

  I was planning to leave a fully positive review, but unfortunately my rating is lower because of one important issue. I forgot one of my belongings in the room, and I am 100% sure it was left in a specific place that I clearly described to the hotel. The staff did communicate with me via email, which I appreciate, but in the end they told me that the item was not found. This was something important to me, so the situation is very disappointing. Overall, the hotel itself is good. The interior is clean, well-maintained, and our room was in very good condition. Breakfast was included and quite nice — whenever something was missing, the staff would quickly refill it. Another big advantage is the free parking on-site, which is very convenient. The location is not the best, as there are no cafes or places nearby, but it is manageable. One more thing I found a bit strange: when we arrived, we asked about early check-in and were told that no rooms were available. However, we were then offered a room for an additional $70. I understand that early check-in can come with an extra fee, but it would feel more transparent to present it that way rather than saying no rooms are available unless you pay extra. In general, the hotel is good, but based on my experience, I would not rely on them to recover a lost item if you forget something.

  Por 5 años mi hijo y yo nos hemos hospedado en este hotel y en sentido general es bueno, pero de 2 años al actual, hemos notado que ha ido bajando su calidad en el servicio en cuanto a que ya no ponen jaboncillo en las habitaciones ni bolsas en los cestos del baño y habitaciones. El microwave del comedor está situado casi en el piso, por lo que resulta incomodísimo su uso, además de no funcionar correctamente, pues las ruedas donde está el plato no existen, por tal razón, al no girar como es correcto, su funcionamiento es malo. Está situación del microwave se ha mantenido en los últimos 2 años...Increíble!!! Es que no hay una supervisión por parte de la Administración en cuanto al buen funcionamiento de los equipos en general?!? El trato de los empleados es bueno, destacando a Lesvia, la señora que por años conocemos en el comedor y que su desempeño y atención a los huéspedes es EXCELENTE.
