He was very professional and accommodating. He saw my kids and asked for their ages to provide coloring activities. He was able to provide all the amenities that we need. The only thing that I didn't like was the water in the shower was kind of cold. Other than that, everything else was amazing.

The room was a hotel room, comfortable beds, what you’d expect. But the staff was exceptional. Kale welcomed us Friday night, and remembered my name Saturday night. He was kind and made us feel important. This is the second time we’ve stayed here and will look to stay here again next time we’re going to the city!
