    I am a regular here and have been staying at double tree Jersey City couple of times per month for over a year. It’s a great place to stay if you want the best of Jersey City as well as Manhattan. It is right across from Hudson with some great views of the skyline from the suites. This is an all suit hotel with a separate sitting and a bedroom area. I always stay at the skyline view corner suite. Their service and staff is always great. Special shoutout to Latoya as she is always nice and welcoming and tries to find me a room even when I am early. One of the reason I chose to stay at double tree is because of the staff, including reception and guest services. Most of the front desk staff know me by name so thanks to everyone. Highly recommended!

    This hotel seriously has it all — a gym, an in-house restaurant & bar, a mini market, and even an ATM! It’s right in the heart of the city, surrounded by cute shops and great restaurants, plus it’s super close to Hoboken and Newport. I stayed in their premium suite for 4 days, and it honestly felt like a cozy studio apartment. The price usually ranges between $300–$400 per night depending on when you book. The room came with a comfy sofa, a huge study table, two TVs, and one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on! They have a huge parking, common washroom, water fountain and they allowed me to keep my luggage prior to check-in also front desk is very helpful. At a 5 minutes walking distance there is a Light Rail station - Harsimus Cove.

    I recently stayed at the DoubleTree Jersey City with our 15-month-old daughter, and I would like to give special recognition to Tabitha Escobar, Front Office Supervisor. Traveling with a small child can sometimes be challenging, but Tabitha made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. She welcomed us warmly, helped us find a room that was quiet and perfect for our situation, and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her kindness, patience, and genuine care made a huge difference for us. What stood out the most was how attentive and thoughtful she was. She didn’t just complete the check-in — she truly took care of us. As a mother, that meant a lot to me. To Hotel Management: Tabitha is a remarkable asset to your team.     I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City during a SAS crew layover, and this time my wife and our 15-month-old daughter joined me — it was their very first time visiting New York. That made this stay special for us, and I truly want to recognize the exceptional hospitality we received from Latoya and Janice at the Front Desk. From the moment we arrived, both of them greeted us with genuine warmth, kindness, and professionalism. Traveling with a young child can be challenging, but Latoya and Janice made everything feel easy and comfortable — from arranging our baby crib and helping ensure our room was perfect, to simply checking in with us in a thoughtful and caring way. Their attention to detail, patience, and positive energy created a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel truly cared for. This wasn’t just good service — it was heartfelt service, and it made a meaningful difference to our stay. To Management: Latoya and Janice represent the very best of Guest Services.     I was in the NJC area, from Raleigh, NC, to get a much-needed surgery from one of the world's best Endometriosis surgeons. This hotel was recommended by her medical office team/manager. Nicole at the bar is top notch! 👌 Cocktails 👌 Service 👌 Food & Restaurant Recommendations Housekeeping was👌 🧹 The rooms were very clean! The beds were perfectly made, the curtains beautifully pulled back, and the towels folded and displayed. 🚫 I'm very allergic to air fresheners and sprays; thankfully, they don’t fog the lobby, halls, or rooms with artificial scents or use strong smelling cleaners. The view was spectacular 😍 that I didn’t even want to share the room number with the world. I need it to be available when I want to request it again. It overlooked the Hudson and had unobstructed views of NYC/Manhattan. Our photos looked AI generated, but they weren’t altered at all. We felt blessed 🙌 to have found the perfect spot for my surgery pre-op and post-op recovery. 🥞🍔🍝The hotel food was very good for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was made fresh when ordered: French toast, chicken and waffles, burgers, wings, pastas, etc. The servers were very attentive and professional. I learned the chefs create the menu and food! The front desk crew was helpful; they went out of their way to make all kinds of accommodations for us to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Never once did I feel like I was a burden to them. Forever grateful 🙏 to the hotel’s staff and management for making our stay one less thing to worry about while going through this big and scary surgery.
