We found bed bugs in our first room, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, the staff moved us to another room at midnight — and that room was even worse. They apologized and promised a full refund, but I never received it. The property seems to be individually owned, and in my experience, they completely stopped responding. I even tried contacting IHG, but that was worthless — I felt like I got no real support or resolution from them at all. Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

- JHJohn HSep 23, 20254.0I stopped in this hotel for a one night stop on a recent trip. I experienced no issues when I was there and it was an above average Holiday Inn Express. A few minor things reduced the rating by one star. This was built with only one elevator. I always fine that this is a problem on these properties especially when there is a lot of movement in the AM. The breakfast was OK and typical fare for a HIE. The hot food seemed slightly lacking in quality but it was edible. I would defiantly stay there again if I was in the area.
