I tried contacting Jay Patel the area manager to no avail. The room was ready and allowing us to check in a couple of hours early doesn't cost them anything!

Breakfast was excellent and well attended, rooms quiet and so comfy, housekeeping very helpful. We didn't use the pool but saw several people enjoy it and if memory serves, they have handicap access. :-) We WILL stay again 👏
