paid $220 for what is realistically a 2-star hotel, and the experience was awful. We found bed bugs in our first room, and instead of resolving the issue promptly, the staff moved us to another room at midnight — and that room was even worse.
They apologized and promised a full refund, but I never received it. The property seems to be individually owned, and in my experience, they completely stopped responding. I even tried contacting IHG, but that was worthless — I felt like I got no real support or resolution from them at all.
Overall, this was the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I stopped in this hotel for a one night stop on a recent trip. I experienced no issues when I was there and it was an above average Holiday Inn Express. A few minor things reduced the rating by one star. This was built with only one elevator. I always fine that this is a problem on these properties especially when there is a lot of movement in the AM. The breakfast was OK and typical fare for a HIE. The hot food seemed slightly lacking in quality but it was edible. I would defiantly stay there again if I was in the area.
