  Alexander at the front desk goes out of his way to make sure you feel welcome. Rooms are generally in good condition with some concerns about functional bathrooms. Located on rte 17 for easy access to airport. Never tried the dining area. Many bus tours stop here. The only drawback is one small elevator serving the whole upper floor area. Safety is good and ample parking.

  Our party of 40 had a spectacular time! We held our aunt's 90th bday party here and also booked 7 guest rooms for out of town family. The 15 of us who stayed over took advantage of the breakfast buffet and the newly renovated bedrooms. The rooms were so well appointed, comfortable and updated. The food was so good and fresh from the French toasts to the fruit. The staff in catering from Beth, Adriana, Lisette and the rest of their team were exceptional. Everyone was ao attentive. If we had a concern, we told them and they addressed it right away. I can't wait to have another event or stay here!! I felt luxury. It truly gave 5 star quality from atmosphere to service.

  I drove three hours to New Jersey only to realize I had left my wallet home. I had no money, no credit cards, and no gas in my car. I contacted the Holiday Inn Express in the Meadowlands and explained my situation. Since I am a Platinum member I hoped they would allow me to stay there and I would have my wife overnight my wallet to me. The HIE said they couldn’t do it as it went against procedures. Not sure where to turn and having virtually no gas, I decided to stop at this Holiday Inn and plead for help in person. God granted me a gift as I was blessed to meet the Front Office Manager Ky. He came up with a solution that not only allowed me to book a room, Ky also came up with a solution that allowed me to get gas and to feed myself. With Ky’s assistance I was able to set up Apple Pay on my phone. Problem solved. I can’t say thank you enough!! The hotel itself is nice. The hotel restaurant had an excellent burger and beer happy hour special. The location was convenient.

  Let's see... grease fire in the kitchen, resulting in a fire alarm right as we are all trying to fall asleep. 40 minutes out in the cold. 2nd round of fire alarms 30 minutes later for no discernible reason. Absolutely the WORST satellite connection I've ever seen in my life. I should have stuck with Marriott...

  This hotel was extremely disappointing. Of the three front entrances, only one was operational, and it was located far from the only accessible area of the parking lot. The elevators were very slow, and there was urine present in the stairwell, which raised serious cleanliness concerns. The hot water in the shower did not function at all, and coffee was consistently unavailable. The overall layout of the hotel is poorly designed. Although my room had several electrical outlets, only one was working, and it was in an inconvenient location. Unfortunately, I found no redeeming qualities during my stay. I would recommend saving your money and choosing a different hotel.
