Overall it’s a great hotel quiet the staff for the most part are friendly and the restaurant on site is excellent as well. Now the bad news my last 3 stays in the hotel I have been met with a very rude staff member who wouldn’t give me his real name. He said his name was Ky Clark when he was very unprofessional and disrespectful over the phone and during my last visit December 17-21-2025 I asked him about that conversation and other negative encounters we have had he told me his name was Kenneth. Although he said he was a supervisor he should be avoided by everyone. He is definitely the worst part of the Holiday Inn Hasbrouck Heights period. They have other excellent staff who are pleasant and very professional including Rocio, Alex and Adriana and a gentleman who says he’s just the driver but he as well as the others are all friendly and very respectful and the absolute best part of the Holiday Inn Hasbrouck heights.

No sé qué hubiera hecho sin ella, fue muy atenta y me resolvió todas las dudas con mucha profesionalidad (a pesar de que estaba alterado, cansado y enfadado con el mundo en el momento).
