So i could do few finish up on my apartment search during my stay in the environment which i did already stated. since i am coming all the way from essex county...wanted to be much closer to do what i needed to do around.. This is very important, It has to do with me trying to make a reservation with this hotel. Sadly, my experience is the worse of the worse just by trying to clear the fact my last name was misspelled in different ways by their staff on my reservation for a room after i already place reservation myself with my correct name. after calling in to tell the staff on phone to correct the name misspelled so i don't have issue during check in. I needed my name on my id to match same name for my reservation and also when it time to check in.. I find it very disrespecful the way my concern got taken for granted and condecending on how the matter was being handle too. Seems am not needed so i have to concel. Someone recommended this place, i also did search on google myseld in finding the hotel too and the good reviews drew my attentions to it as well but sadly i personally got treated different for whatever reason best known to them. Hilton discount memebersip account created for me by their staff, my last name was spelled incorrectly too. Hopefully am just the only one who have this experience. No one concern most especially a first time customer should be treated like a joke and toy around the way this was been handled. They have my personal information, my email and phone number and bank visa card details attached to a last name spelled incorrectly. Including the reservation too. I asked for all to be taken down and concel. Ifa simple misspelld name cant be corrected, what other issue is to be created if i even go ahead booking with this hotel and staying. Been one who has been victim to identity theft, it very sensitive to me when people intentionally misspelled my name or play dumb around it. Don't get me in trouble if you do not want to see trouble.

There is a Hot Dog Happy Hour on Wednesday night with free food, wine and beer! The continental breakfast is also great! Highly recommend!

The general managers voicemail says to contact someone who does not work at the hotel and the GMs voicemail also says the are on vacation until Sept (its November). The front desk has been nothing at rude anytime I have called to try to get help. This is also how they treat someone that is nearly lifetime diamond and very loyal to the Hilton brand of properties.
