First room location was across hall from screaming child and screaming adults but I was moved after returning to front desk. When asked what my room number was, front clerk said ‘yes, I know’ . No prices on snacks or other items so $10 for bag of chips and ginger ale. Lastly, there was no pen in the room. When I asked at front desk they said they had no other pens. I asked could I have the one at front desk she said NO. No sore that’s no longer an item in rooms or …… No I hope you enjoyed your stay!

One of the employees was very racist to me (you don’t belong here, cause it was a all white baby shower. Sir that’s a baby shower and you don’t look former to me as a guest, can I help you. Would have been nice, then he said it again.. they were having a viewing for a black guy on the other side. I bought it to the manager and she just tried to laugh it off and said he didn’t mean any harm I don’t recommend this place to any one of color

This Hilton property was a total letdown. Firstly, the room was filthy. The clothes drawers had mice droppings, the coffee maker was dirty inside and out and there was something under the bed that I could not identify. The sitting chair cushion material was ripped and the total picture of the room was awful. The price for the night was almost 400.00. I phoned my Hilton Honors rep and stayed on hold for almost a half hour. My expectations are very limited... I am writing to share this experience so that others know that this location is not pleasant.
