I even asked them about that,but they said that it's all set because anyways they changed my room and there was hot water in the new room. The hotel itself was okay in overall
- ILIsaque LopesJan 22, 20263.0The room I stayed smelled urine, the ac is old and it was partially broken. The restroom has no heat system so it was extremely cold inside. Location and service were good. Just a night stay and that’s it.

I stayed at the hotel for new years and we were so tired that we slept and woke up after 9:00 am and missed the free breakfast because it ends after 9:00 am and I was upset. Also the queen beds were so small and I was staying with my family. I’m never sleeping here again.

Only downside is that the lobby is a huge walk from the EFG+ rooms and have to go outside in the elements to get to it for breakfast. The breakfast is complimentary, but not great. Very limited. Dried eggs and sausage, no yogurt, minimal fruit, there are waffles, but not gluten free friendly. I passed on it my second day and I never pass up breakfast. Loved the room though, and that was what was important to me
