The owner should invest in bringing this hotel up to the Hilton standard. The location is great as it is close to Willowbrook, and the staff was friendly. The only exception being the cleaning staff who were walking around at seven in the morning having loud conversations while guests were probably sleeping.

Manager was unprofessional. Asked for bags from house keepers they also denied. It was just a cheap hotel. Worst experience.
