By the time I got back from my second trip to the car 2 carts were there for me and the items were already on the cart. Not only that, yes they brought them to the event room. That's what I call SERVICE!!!

Pool is well maintained and staff came by from time to time to check on it. Breakfast is delicious. Ambience is peaceful. Location is great. Highly recommend. The only thing is, there is a microwave in the lobby but not in the rooms. Not a deal breaker.

The phone in my room rang at 2 a.m. — it was the front desk calling to ask if we had ordered room service, which we hadn’t. That call completely woke me up, and I couldn’t go back to sleep afterward. Absolutely unacceptable from the reception staff. The lobby looks new and recently renovated, but the rooms are very old and outdated. Definitely not worth the price.
