  Room was clean bed was fine, but the air conditioning didn’t work room was set ant 82 degrees no matter what fan or ac cool you set it too. Called front desk but they only offered to send someone as I was checking out. I honestly should have been credited for r miserable night and the staff is robotic they ask for your id and credit card then send you on your way. You don’t feel welcomed, it’s more transactional. Also, if you see someone struggling to walk (with a cane) you should ask if they are ok with a room at the end of the hallway farthest from elevator. Before sending them off their way.

  This place is great, rooms are clean, lobby is clean, workers are friendly and always willing to help, and calandra bakery next door is a must try

  Best place to stay good customer service everything is clean you get good breakfast beds comfortable rooms cleans also have an restaurant with good beautiful bar I love this place

  The customer service at this Best Western location is exceptionally flexible, willing to accommodate guests who push the boundaries of standardized check-in and check-out schedules. They operate in tandem with the nearby Hampton Inn, taking prospective guests from that property when its own rooms are fully occupied.

  I stayed at this hotel for a short visit. The room was clean, staff was cooperative, and everything went smoothly during the stay.
