  I had a really disappointing experience with this hotel block for a recent wedding. First, there was confusion around billing-even though they already had a card on file, they requested another one, and then ended up charging the wrong card anyway. Paid $400 for just the room space for breakfast in the morning for wedding guests-felt excessive, especially given the other issues we encountered. Guests were told a specific time window, but when people came down within that timeframe, the staff had already started cleaning up and turning things over. Several guests were unable to get breakfast at all. What made this even more disappointing was that our group had booked 30 rooms+ for the wedding (not in peak season) and despite bringing in that level of business, the hotel wouldn’t waive fees for bringing in outside food. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and not accommodating, especially for a large group event.

  Thank you so much to Ms. Maria and Ms. Jani!! I had my wedding on 4.2.2026 and the precision , coordination of the shuttle, my bridal suite, and rehearsal dinner were perfect! I worked closely with Ms. Maria and Ms. Jani for over a year! They were communicative, patient, kind, and a good laugh. When I tell you this is the dream team for any big event- they are who you want! They changed and updated my room block for me and my guests within an hour, made sure the shuttle and transportation for the wedding was scheduled properly and my guests were very pleased. I also have to say the manager Dimitri was very kind and took a few minutes to speak with us before we checked out! If you want precision for an event, a good laugh, and transparency— CALL MARIA AND JANI! Very grateful to have had you both❤️ love Angie

  All people at the desk are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and everything worked properly. Will stay there again.

  Super clean room, very comfortable and accommodating. Good room service, Outstanding food courtesy of Calandras Italian restaurant. Excellent zuppa di pesce! Definitely will come back .

  Breakfast is ok, room carpets are worn out. Staff was friendly. It is a big detour to enter from the opposite side of the road.
