Had to pay to park there. Had a security deposit on the room that wasnt mentioned when booke.

I booked the park, stay, and fly package and stated during booking that we were flying out of JFK. They assured me they shuttle to JFK. A week later I saw on their website it said no shuttle to JFK so I called and had them verbally confirm again they shuttle to JFK. They assured me again they do. I drove 3 hours with my family arriving at 8 pm at night only to be told they only shuttle to Newark. I ended up having to pay triple for a new hotel and parking last minute somewhere else. Completely unacceptable.

We flew out of Newark early in the morning. Stayed here the night before. Has a shuttle tot he airport that runs every 30 minutes 24/7. They also will let you park for the duration of the trip for a few. Which was way cheaper than the airport parking.

I used this property to leave my car during the my trip. The name of the company is ez-parking and very reasonable prices, only thing is the people during the night crew is very rude, you ask something and they treat you like you are ignorant or even worse, everything bother them, i dont get it becasue we are peying for the service. Nothing is free
