Even days prior to check in they send a personal text with communication welcoming you and providing details on your stay and their parking offer to clarify how it works with your air travel and to keep you on time. You literally have a direct texting with a trained employee if you have questions-not a robot! It is a great deal keeps it stress free! In addition, they reach day of check in to tie lose ends if you need more info. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgable as well. Rooms are up to date and clean. Never experienced such polite and informative communication and assistance.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte perché il giorno successivo dovevamo prendere l’aereo per tornare a casa. Al check-in ci hanno richiesto una caparra di 100 USD, assicurandoci che sarebbe stata restituita dopo il check-out. Una volta rientrati nel nostro Paese, ci sono stati restituiti 21 USD in meno, con la motivazione che ci era stato addebitato il parcheggio. Tuttavia, al momento del check-in non ci è stato detto assolutamente nulla sul costo del parcheggio; al contrario, ci è stata consegnata una card per entrare e uscire liberamente, senza alcuna indicazione di costi aggiuntivi. Dopo aver inviato un’email per chiedere spiegazioni, ci hanno semplicemente risposto che il parcheggio costa 21 USD a notte, senza però fornirci alcun documento firmato da noi che dimostrasse l’accettazione di tale pagamento. In questo modo gestiscono la caparra come vogliono e, purtroppo, non c’è molto da fare, anche perché il rimborso viene effettuato solo dopo 2/3/4 giorni lavorativi. BRUTTISSIMA ESPERIENZA!

The room was spotless, service was excellent, and the absolute highlight was the shuttle driver — such a top-notch guy! Friendly, professional, and really made our day. Would happily stay here again.

Nothing too fancy, but the price was right and it met our needs for $125. Free breakfast in the morning was a perk. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The shuttle to/from the airport was nice, too.
- ASA SyedDec 29, 20254.0This was adequate for our stay and cruise accomodation. We stayed one night and left our car parked for the duration of 7 nights cruise. Taking the shuttle out to the port was okay but we were not aware that the shuttle service does not start until 8:00 AM, which means that it won't be at the cruise port if you are departing early. The lady at reception sounded very confused when we called at 6:20 to inform that we needed a shuttle ride at 7:30. Regardless we ended up taking Uber back to the hotel because if was below freezing temps and we had a long drive ahead of us. (By the way port Liberty at Bayonne does not have indoor waiting areas). The manager has promised to refund the extra charge for the shuttle but we have not seen hit our account as yet.
