    First hotel in a really long time that was excellent. Free airport shuttle, free breakfast, 24/7 free coffee, water, cookies in front lobby. Front Staff has great customer service. Will definitely stay here again

    The hotel offered a free airport-hotel shuttle every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day and confirmed this the day before arrival. On arrival at the airport we waited 45 minutes during which time multiple other hotel shuttles (including the Holiday Inn International hotel) made numerous trips. On phoning the hotel, I was told that the shuttle was not running. I had to pay for an Uber to get to the hotel. The following day the shuttle was still not running despite all other hotel shuttles running so I had pay for another Uber to get back to the airport. The reception gave me the General Managers email address to request a refund, but the GM did not even respond to the email or to Expedia through whom the booking had been made.

    Don’t stay here they allow guests to be extremely loud to the point where we have to call the police instead, and they do nothing. They also have trashy low end staff who can’t handle basic problems and end up hanging up or hi dumb instead of taking care of them, and then getting fired, ruins the whole stay. If you have to deal with Debbie report her if she is still on her final days in employment. The mánager Christina is now where to be found.

    The hotel is near to the airport and the shuttle service to and from the airport is a plus. Comfortable bed and clean facilities. Beside that, the staff was not very friendly; they seemed annoyed. In the morning, there was no one around, everyone had disappeared and there was no staff available to check out or to ask some final questions. This really takes away from the experience, very poor service, It’s obvious that the property is not well managed The device chargers are outdated and only support standard USB; there are no other options available. The internet did not work properly and kept disconnecting repeatedly, which was very frustrating. Without a doubt, I would not stay here again.

    We did a quick reservation for this hotel for an event we had in Elizabeth NJ. It was just an overnight stay. My first disappointment was finding a lot of parking spots covered by dirty snow, few weeks after the storm. Not acceptable. Especially when I am paying $20 per day for the parking space. The first room provided had an air conditioner unit louder than an industrial refrigerator. After a request, front desk, very polite, provided another room. We appreciated that. The service was good in general. The second room provided was good and clean. The complementary coffee is good. I didn’t have the opportunity of enjoying the complementary breakfast. The bed was ok. Too firm for our taste. In general, I will give them another opportunity if I visit that area again.
