Hadn’t stayed in a Hol Inn in years and was expecting outdated worn out decor and rooms but was very pleasantly surprised to find a beautiful recently renovated hotel. Overall quite a bit nicer with many upgrades than the typical Express hotels we usually stay. Would definitely return!

When I contacted the staff, I received inconsistent answers ,one representative was dismissive, and the manager advised me to write a letter to my bank. After several calls, the manager claimed to have manually released the hold, but no one could clearly explain the delay. The customer service experience was disappointing, and the lack of communication was frustrating.

The water pressure in the shower was amazing and the bed extremely comfortable. The restaurant staff were very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff were inviting and pleasant to work with.
