- ITIvy Tian5 days ago5.0The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. k cup and fridge are available in room but no microwave. The only concern we had was that the safety lock was broken. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

The rooms lack adequate lights and was dark and depressing. On our second day of stay the hotel had a group booking and group had few rooms next to ours they were pretty loud whole night and were running across the hallway and disturbing other guests. Was unable to sleep despite sickness that day. And the front desk staff was not taking any actions despite our complains. All they had was a SORRY in the Morning. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had even other chain hotels which are cheaper have better facility and more professional staff. The front desk staff was highly un professional.

I have called several times to try to get this fixed but apparently there is never a manager working that can look at this. They forward me on to a voicemail for the manager, and after two weeks of leaving messages no one even has called back once. So the stay wasn't bad but them stealing my money is not appreciated. So look out for that if you choose to stay with them. Addendum: This matter was eventually resolved and I was refunded after a couple of weeks of calling.

The ash trays are. Near. The. Front entrance so. You'll have all that cigarette smoke right in. Your face!! and FYI there restaurants is closed on Sundays!!
