  My experience here was amazing! On 1/3/26 I had a minor issue with my heat in room ( so I thought, I just had to be patient. Heat worked fine) I went to the front to express this issue with the front desk lady named Melanie. Melanie was very very professional and helped tremendously with getting me a new room for the night. Nonetheless, I ended up not needing the room change because my heat was indeed working. I went back to the front to apologize to Melanie, who was still very professional and assured me it was not a problem! Melanie displayed a positive attitude and great professionalism the whole time while dealing with my issue. I don’t ever write reviews, but Melanie indeed made my day. She made me realize it is still good, respectful people out here. Please make sure Melanie is rewarded for her efforts! Please!! Thank you all, aside from this the hotel and everything about it was beautiful. I will certainly be back, thank you again Melanie!!

  Between Ali, Denise or Rhaiza one of them commented under my post not once did anyone reach out to me. But they listened to Brian. After speaking with Ali I am convinced that no manager actually works. If I asked for a manager just pass the phone. Take the person number and pass it to the manager. On the phone Brian said a manager will be in @ 12 pm. Ali came at 12 pm and she not a manager either. Rhaiza what is going on over there you’re the GM, right? My original comment: Brian is the worst. I have asked numerous time to talk to a manager. And idk what his title is but over speaking me and ignore me isnt going to change that I want to speak with a manager.

  I love the location as it was within walking distance of several restaurants and Aldi, and about 10-15 minutes from the MetLife Stadium (driving). I did not like that it seemed like it took us an hour to get there from the airport though. Hotel needs to give warning of the dumpster company emptying trash at 4am in the morning. This went out for 20 minutes straight like the disposal on the truck was stuck or something. Okay back to the hotel, there was a little mold in the shower and I don’t think our door was supposed to look like this at the bottom (see pics). I mentioned the door to the front desk but the young man just stared at me like “okay” but never acknowledged. All in all, the rooms were clean

  This hotel was amazing. The service was amazing. The people was amazing. The only issue i had was when it came to decorating my room for my daughter sweet 16. Manger from house keeping told us that we had to take them down. Now nowhere on the form does it says no decorations can be put up. It said no parties and no confetti. Which we had neither. The gentleman at the front desk said just take it in the room. I told him that it tried to but you tape anything to the walls. So I put it on the door. I asked for the housekeeping manager to call me. But they never did.

  Clean (if aged), professional, safe, and easy to access, but very poorly designed. My friend and I were kept awake multiple nights by chairs screeching above us on that suite’s kitchen floors until 1:30 am. Confusing and very frustrating. I even asked the hotel desk to talk to that room one night at 1 am and they were very nice and said they would, but nothing changed. Wondering if maybe because it’s pet friendly, someone tied a dog’s leash to the chair or something? It was very loud and very baffling. I will also say that this was not a quiet crowd. Lots of big families, lots of adults there with friends, etc. This wouldn’t be right for a quiet getaway or a quick lowkey overnight stop. However, my friend and I picked this hotel for our budget NYC stay because of the proximity to the train station and the good reviews. If you’re a deep sleeper or staying on the top floor, I’d recommend it. The hot breakfast was great, too.
