We booked the double bed room suite with a jetted tub. Overall, the room was nice. Clean. And big enough for my family of 6. Close to a shopping center. Couldn’t hear any of the other rooms. 10/10 would stay here again

Rooms are little on the older side but clean and cozy. Pool is on the small side and very loud when kids are present. Service is very good and breakfast is very good. Great location for American Dream and other places like midevil times. Will visit again if I am in the area

My experience here was amazing! On 1/3/26 I had a minor issue with my heat in room ( so I thought, I just had to be patient. Heat worked fine) I went to the front to express this issue with the front desk lady named Melanie. Melanie was very very professional and helped tremendously with getting me a new room for the night. Nonetheless, I ended up not needing the room change because my heat was indeed working. I went back to the front to apologize to Melanie, who was still very professional and assured me it was not a problem! Melanie displayed a positive attitude and great professionalism the whole time while dealing with my issue. I don’t ever write reviews, but Melanie indeed made my day. She made me realize it is still good, respectful people out here. Please make sure Melanie is rewarded for her efforts! Please!! Thank you all, aside from this the hotel and everything about it was beautiful. I will certainly be back, thank you again Melanie!!
