Left a pair of pants there by accident. They’re claiming “No you didn’t” I suppose they just got up and walked away then right?

The front desk was condescending and at times - rude. No one communicated construction is happening! Room rate was too high- and I love a Holiday Inn- just not this one.

The service was good, especially the ladies in the kitchen. They work very hard and do a great job for breakfast. However, I didn’t come for breakfast. The hotel is somewhat noisy, smells of weed and is in need of a remodel. I could tell they were remodeling due to the amount of debris and carpet laying in front of the facility. I was shocked to find nowhere to hang my clothes, only two drawers worked in dresser and the refrigerator kind of worked. If you need just a place to sleep, then this is good. The beds were decent and for the most part the rooms were clean. Soap and shampoo in dispensers were nice. There was only one coffee pod in room. Good thing breakfast and coffee is right downstairs. The staff was friendly enough and most of them spoke English

My main concern about this hotel is the staff, specifically the men at the hotel lobby. The staff have no critical thinking skills during work. As a front desk receptionist, one should have multiple resources readily available and problem solving skills. Neither of these two essential strategies were shown. The employees completely dismissed my concerns while I was being communicative and respectful. I felt disrespected by the employees. They leered and deliberately ignored my requests. I have encountered terrible customer service before, however the employee's reached a new record. I understand being busy, but there is no excuse to treat another human being as if they are dumb, while unprovoked.
