- AYAndrea Young4 days ago5.0Loved the little treat bags. Thanks for the kindness. The hotel was clean and decorated for the holiday season. The breakfast bar did not disappoint. Honestly, I think it was the best holiday express breakfast bar to date. There were so many options it was hard to choose. Latly,the close proximity to the freeway made it easy to find and navigate an unfamiliar area.
- JTJames Tucciarella6 days ago3.0As we arrived I had my luggage and I realized I forgot a bag I left my suitcase in the location I was and walked back to quickly pic up my last bag. As I walked 20ft to get it, a TESLA pulled into the space directly between my suitcase and the the hotel literally blocking my route to the front. Finding out as I stood waiting to be checked in the Tesla owner who had to park in the closet spot to the front door not caring he just cut my route was the manager. Check in was fine, I took a quick nap and went to the gym where every piece of equipment was broken , all 3 pieces of cardio equipment were out of order or so old they didn't work at all. You can tell that this is a hotel that was bought out and is being re branded, I feel like the owners are cutting every corner to save every possible cent. I am only here for 3 days so it's not that bad of a experience. Most holiday inn Express locations are exceptional. Maybe one day this place will be better

Je dois dire que la chambre que j'ai eu était complètement rénovée et jolie. Mais le bruit des rénos juste à côté de ma chambre, ce n'est pas acceptable . Aussi l'hotel est située sur une route très passante. Bouchons d'oreilles obligatoires!
- SSSarahNov 28, 20253.0Location, easy to access after my long drive. Service, lovely! The desk worker was very polite and helpful. However, the bathroom vent fan didn't work, shower head was awful and when water is running it makes a wild squealing noise. Also this is 2025, no option on the TV to sign into personal streaming services? And the cable TV was scrambling a lot. The AC/Heat control in the room was not working and I could not lower or raise to a comfortable temp. Bed was to my preference, soft. I always love the down comforters and pillows. Cool view from the window.
