  For nearly $600 per night, it’s unacceptable that this hotel doesn’t even have a pool. At that price point, basic amenities shouldn’t be missing. The property may look nice, but charging luxury rates without offering standard features like a pool feels misleading and overpriced. Extremely disappointing for what’s advertised as a high-end experience

  Chateau Grande was such a wonderful place to stay for our wedding weekend! We had a 160-room hotel block there for our wedding at Park Chateau, and the entire experience was excellent. Allison was fantastic to work with throughout the process. As we filled our room block, she was incredibly supportive during the entire year leading up to the wedding. Always responsive, answering every email and returning every phone call quickly. Having someone that organized and helpful made a huge difference. The hotel itself is beautiful! Our guests loved staying there, and we absolutely did too. The space is stunning, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the location could not be more convenient. It’s right next to Park Chateau, which made the weekend logistics so easy. We stayed in the Gigi suite, and it may genuinely be the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. Chateau Grande is an excellent choice for hosting your wedding guests, and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding weekend.

  Great place to stay. Older hotel, but we'll Maintained. Rooms are spacious and updated. It's a wedding accommodation hotel having an event space for wedding next door.

  F - We booked a King room through hotels.com about 2 weeks prior to Valentine’s day for a king bed standard room. Arrived on Valentine’s night after a 50 minute drive and they attempted to provide us with a room that had two double beds. After some checking, they said they were totally booked and could offer up to 20% off if we accepted the two double beds. We were told that booking through third-party apps and partners does NOT guarantee the room you chose at booking (I thought that was the point of a Reservation). Seems like their third party partners may like to know about that but I’m warning everyone else. Also, the food at Orchard Park was overpriced for what you get and mediocre at best. Never returning to either establishment.

  Beautifully maintained property, spotless rooms, and a calm, comfortable atmosphere throughout. What really makes this place special is the owner, Barry—hands-on, professional, and genuinely invested in guest experience. The staff mirrors that same level of care and attention. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay again.
