  I had my daughter’s first birthday party here yesterday and everything was absolutely perfect. Hope was the best coordinator. She made everything we needed happen and checked on us multiple times throughout the party. She is amazing. Cristiano was an amazing host. 1000/10

  The location itself is lovely—great food and a truly unique atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the front counter staff significantly detracted from my stay. I reached out multiple times regarding an incorrect charge on my card that should never have been processed, and my emails went unanswered with no resolution. While the space has a lot to offer, the lack of responsiveness and accountability makes it unlikely that I will stay here again.

  Classy hotel, wonderful attentive staff, beautiful gardens, tasty cuisine, stress free no worries hotel ❤️ Had my wedding here and it was simply MAGICAL A big thank you to Hope and her team who went over and above on my wedding day to ensure that we had no hiccups on our big day and that all minor mishaps were handled professionally discreetly and hastily 🙏🏾 💙 If you're looking for a wedding venue in New Jersey, this would be it.   Absolutely Incredible Experience — Thank You Hope & Team! We recently held our Easterseals New Jersey 3rd Annual President Council event on December 9th, 2025 at The Chateau Ballroom and simply could not be more pleased with how everything turned out. From start to finish, Hope and the entire staff were professional, flexible, and truly invested in making our event a success. ✨ Pre-Event Support: Hope guided us expertly through every step — from the ballroom switch and contract management to meeting with our team graciously. Her willingness to pivot dates when needed made the planning stress-free, and her clear communication (especially by phone when we had questions) gave us confidence the whole way. ✨ Event Day Excellence: The ballroom looked absolutely stunning, particularly the beautiful Christmas tree! The signature drink and champagne setup were a huge hit — the atmosphere was festive, warm, and welcoming for every guest. 👏 Special Recognition to Cristiano & Staff: Cristiano and the rest of the team went above and beyond with everything — swift room changes, warm greetings at the entrance, seamless coat check, attentive food service, guest serving, and keeping everything running smoothly throughout the event. Our guests were genuinely impressed by the level of care and professionalism. 💝 Above & Beyond: Thank you not just for doing your job — but for doing it with heart, flexibility, and grace. We’re especially touched by the special surprise gifts you gave to our staff— such a thoughtful and memorable touch.   I spent Thanksgiving here so I can visit my family. But I have to say the service is terrible and management has a lot to learn on customer service . The walls are paper, thin in every room and even though they’re saying, quiet hours are at 10 PM it’s not enforced. I had to move my room on the first night at 11:30 PM because they had a party in the room next to mine. Then every night you can hear everything in the hallways in the rooms next to you and across from you. On the last night, I had to call downstairs again because of the loud noise in the hallways at midnight. I had to chase down the hotel manager after leaving three messages for her. Then when I met her finally, she had a bit of an attitude and I’m the one that was up all night. When I checked out, they couldn’t get a hold of her and then I wrote an email to her The hotel and that’s when I finally got A response. The rooms as you know are very expensive and all they did was give me $100 credit which is absolutely ridiculous as I should’ve gotten at least one full night credit because I had to change rooms at 11:30 at night. I cannot recommend this hotel If you want a good night sleep.
