  We had an absolutely wonderful experience this past weekend at the Chateau Grande Hotel!! We booked all our rooms there for our daughter's wedding this past Saturday. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and steps away from the Park Chateau Estate, where we held our wedding!! We had a room block for our guests and I cannot say enough about how great an experience I had throughout the entire process. Alison Kennette was so great to work with!! She updated me regularly on our room block and always returned my calls and emails very quickly, whenever I had a question. The rooms were beautiful and all our guests were very happy with their stay there! Hope Sedgwick, the Sales Manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it truly was!! Her attention to detail made the whole experience stress free for me! We had our rehearsal dinner and our post wedding breakfast there and it was truly amazing! The room was beautiful, the food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable! I cannot say enough about our outstanding experience at the Chateau Grande Hotel!!

  We were guests from 4/8/-4/10 for a wedding. The proximity to the wedding venue cannot be rivaled. The hotel is very pretty. The rooms were equally pretty. The makeup mirror in the bathroom could not be used because it doesn't stay elevated to allow for one to be hands free while applying makeup or shaving. The toilet paper holder also didn't stay erect well. We were only there for 2 nights so we didn't bother to have it addressed, but housekeeping has to clean the rooms and it was like that when we arrived therefore, someone knows these items need to be addressed. The restaurant in the hotel, Orchard Park, was really good. We arrived in the evening and did not want to venture out to eat dinner. The service was great. I think our server's name was Nate. Everything that we ordered was delicious.

  We held a corporate event next door at Park Chateau Estate & Gardens and booked rooms for attendees flying in the night before. The hotel was beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. Extremely attentive and friendly staff. The restaurant, Orchard Park by David Burke, is on the ground floor. Great food, drinks, and atmosphere. Couldn’t have been happier at the Chateau Grande Hotel. Highly recommend!

  My wife and I got married at the venue next door. This hotel is great. They offer lots of options for parties of every size. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We did a hotel room block here for our wedding. Our guests loved it. The rooms are very clean, the service is great, the food is very good, I recommend trying the lobster dumplings. They were amazing! I highly recommend booking getting a room block at the Chateau Grande Hotel, or booking it for a party or vacation!
