- AMAshley MercierSep 22, 20253.0We arrived at 3 for a wedding with my 4 children 1 of which is 4 months old. The wedding started at 4 we would've had just enough time to get ready. However there was a line of about 5 people waiting to check in also. They had no rooms available due to a manager giving a very large group a 5pm check out! How does that happen when they knew they had a wedding coming in. The girls would not describe what was going on. They kept leaving and going in the back for extended periods of time. By the time we got into a random room we had 5 minutes to get 8 people ready including a baby and drive 15 minutes away to a wedding that started at 4. Very very terrible service. The 2 women working the morning breakfast on sunday morning were absolutely amazing. So polite so helpful with smiling faces. She even helped me clean my babies bottle before our road trip back home they deserve a raise and the two women on duty on Saturday at 3pm deserve to be reprimanded or even fired. But maybe they should have had a manager there to help. I didnt even get the room I requested and therefore didn't have enough room to hold my family. Very dissatisfied would like to be compensated in return. Do not recommend this hotel for a large group they have no idea how to handle it. A manager needs to be on duty when multiple large groups are in attendance.

The morning week host wasn't welcoming and no hospitality. Weekend and night on the other completel opposite. Lots of parking... The pool isn't heated and hit or miss if they have towels. The beds and room were comfortable. There were two sets of towels for a family of four. Cleanliness in the front lobby in the afternoon was dirty and guest leaving food out in front of their room s for hours. Sofas in our room was worn out and the lobby as well.
