Having to the lug all our luggage and 2 small children back down stairs to the lobby. 3) we were sent to another room and so back up to the 3rd floor again only to find a room with one bed. Obviously not what we reserved having 2 children only to be told they over booked. 4) just for giggles the toilet seat is broken. 5) oh, and apparently there are no keys so we have to stay in the room cause there is no way to get back in. Lovely. 6) And of course you obviously still keep all our money. Not a stellar experience. Gave ones cause it doesn't allow nones
