  Kayla was a huge help after a long and frustrating road trip! Even tho she was busy she was still kind and attentive. Great room, great price, amazing service.

  Best staff of any hotel I’ve been too. Come here 3-4 times a year for events. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Bar is quick and accurate.

  It was the most horrible hotel stay I have ever had. It started at the check in, we arrived at the hotel early at noon as I indicated on the reservation that i would arrive. Well the man at the front desk would not even take my name or reservation and told me check in time if 3pm to only come back then! What you cant even look or check me in until my room is ready? Well that was part 1. They said there are no rooms because they were full and need to clean. Well they did not clean our room because when we got in. We saw bugs. And in both beds there was makeup stains, black stains, hair clumps under the sheets. We slept in full clothes over the sheets in worry of bed bugs. We could not get a refund on booking.com so had to stay. I don't have enough words but then the pool, there was no clean towels and 15 kids unattended splashing and fighting in the pool. I reported it to the front desk but they did nothing but look and leave. Needless to say we could not sleep and it was horrible. I told the front desk about the room condition and pool and they did nothing. Will never stay here again, we were so grossed out and felt so unsafe and we did not want to stay and just drive home. Update- hotel responded to call and I did and got same person who I spoke to of all my issues the night of the stay. I was Transferred to a voicemail. There is no reason to respond of no one is there to listen to do something. Multiple reviews and have same complaints and nothing is done.

  Unsafe, loud, and dirty. The room was poorly maintaine; including stained linens, and I could hear every noise from the elevator five doors down. To top it off, Tony at the desk was incredibly rude. I did not feel secure or valued as a guest here. It looks like management take feedback very lightly and all it has been do is acknowledgement basee on historical google reviews.
