Tony always smiles and will go above and beyond to meet guests expectations. My family members medication and cosmetic bag stolen from the room . Dana Barth ( Front Office Manager) was not concerned about the feelings of a complaint of a Senior Citizen at the Holiday Inn as a hotel guest who paid approximately $ 900.00 for hotel stay . My Family stayed from October 13,2025 - October 17, 2025 and was told to us that a party had occupied the Holiday Inn and we had to book at another Hotel . Very Disappointed in (Dana Barth) as a Representative as a Front Desk Manager! Why were we booked into this Holiday Inn , If we were Forced to Leave ? Dana Barth should be required to complete a course at a local college in Cherry Hill in Customer Service!
