From the moment I walked in, everything felt elevated — the lobby was spotless, modern, and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and professional. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. You can tell management takes pride in maintaining high standards here. It truly felt more like a premium hotel experience than what you typically expect. What made the stay even better was Hope at the front desk. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of person who makes you feel valued as a guest. Her professionalism and positive energy set the tone for the entire stay.

I have already provided the reservation details and escalated through IHG Guest Relations. My concern remains the lack of management response and absence of a final determination despite multiple follow-ups.
