She is the absolute best and most outgoing and helpful of all. The rooms are ALWAYS clean and comfortable. The breakfast staff is always on time and so cheerful. I always hope there is room for me at this specific hotel when I come here for work.

The room was so very quiet, and I was able to get a full night sleep without interruption. The free breakfast had the general choices, but the stand out was the machine that uses freshly ground coffee for each cup.

Most important is the reception are all very helpfull especialy ISMAEL @front desk who have bee very friendly and helpful in every step of the way during my stays. Highly recommended to stay and feel lke home.

Breakfast was well stocked and very kept clean what county to draft a countywide ordinance with real penalties today? Great (9.5 out of 10) shower water pressure. - CYChris YesinskyOct 18, 20252.0I have stayed here many times, at least twice a month and had no complaints. However, my stay Oct 6-7 is a different story. I had booked a jacuzzi room like I’ve always done and when I went to use it, an unspeakable amount of debris and bugs were circulating in the tub. I then emailed to hotel from the app and they responded quickly and came to my room. I was then scolded by the manager that I went over her head and emailed corporate rather than call the front desk first. Keep in mind that when I emailed the hotel thru the app, I was unaware where the email was going to. I am the customer!!! I shouldn’t have to be treated the way I did. They offered me a different room but by that time it was around midnight so we decided to stay in that room and not use the jacuzzi. Upon checkout, I was told by the day manager that they would get back to me that morning about what they would do for me. NOT ONE PHONE CALL OR RESPONSE TO MY 3 EMAILS!!!! I then called corporate and am still waiting for a response. I will never stay there again!!! They were rude and completely unprofessional and that is not the way to treat customers!! Shame on them!!! Do yourself a favor and stay and one of the many other hotels in that area. They do NOTHING to resolve issues!!!!!
