So the rooms are what you'd expect from Holiday Inn, decent size, fridge, iron with board, tub, pool, hot tub and outside courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet style that costs about $17 per person. There is a bar in the lobby, prices are pretty high. There than that good place, good location. Easy to get to but a bit of a drive to get basic amenities.

I wrote this review at middle of night. This is very horrible hotel. At this very moment there is continuous screaming and shouting sounds coming from neighboring room and this is happened for my both day of stay. The hotel staff doesn’t care abut the complaints. They gave the excuse … oh..these are ppl with big groups we have to accommodate. I wasted all my vacation on this unregulated and uncontrolled holiday inn. Sad and disturbing place:(

Convenient location for my business meetings. The hotel is clean and an older property. The breakfast buffet is good and consistent in the last few visits! Gym is definitely small and needs updated equipment

Worst Holiday Inn experience- if I could give it 0 stars I would. In September I was visiting because I was in wedding. When I got to the room my bathroom sink was leaking. I had to walk down to the lobby to reach anyone since the phone wouldn’t ring. They asked for me to give them 15 minutes to try to fix it, or if not they would change my room. They “fixed” it and let me know I could go back- I rushed to get ready and went right to the rehearsal dinner. When I got back at night and washed my face, it still was dripping out the bottom (not as bad as before but still leaking). Couldn’t reach the front desk.. again. So walked down- they told me no one was available to fix it at this hour but offered me towels- I was fine with that because I was exhausted. Went up to get ready for bed and when I went to plug my phone into the nightstand, I noticed something between the bed and night stand.. a used condom. I was horrified, staying in the hotel alone, at 11PM, I had to walk to the lobby because I STILL couldn’t get through on the phone. I was in tears at this point and horrified. I didn’t even want to stay here anymore but had to be up early for a wedding and just needed some sleep so I accepted a new room for the night. They comped me for that night but it was a 2 night stay and my entire first day was miserable with all the issues plus getting almost no sleep. Plumbing, cleanliness issues, and lack of understanding are the worst things to run into during a hotel stay. When I tried to reach corporate, the best they could do was offer me 2000 points- which isn’t even enough for a crappy room in a crappy location (if I ever even considered staying at a Holiday Inn again). The whole situation was horrifying and I will NEVER be back. Many other people in the wedding party were not impressed by the cleanliness of this hotel. It is a bit old and run down too. If possible, choose a different hotel for your wedding block- one that won’t be so disappointing.

Stayed here for my nieces wedding this weekend. She had a block of rooms. Room was decent, staff was not the friendliest. She booked 2 shuttles to take guests back and forth to wedding. Only one shuttle showed up and left earlier than expected. Second shuttle drove by hotel slowly but didn’t stop , leaving wedding guests stranded at the hotel that had to uber to crossed keys estates for the wedding. The shuttle would not come back. Second, although not the hotels fault, there was a power outage in the area. The way things were handled was very unpleasant. The power went out around 2:00 AM. In the morning, still with no power, guests had to pack up and walk down steps some on 5th floor . We were told we would be charged extra if we didn’t check out by 12:00 pm. Also when we asked for bottled water, we were charged. For all this inconvenience they could have given us free water.
