- JLJen LessinDec 15, 20253.0Front staff was very nice and friendly. I was in the Jacuzzi queen room. It was very spacious and the bed was quite comfy. Unfortunately the jacuzzi jets were weak and didnt provide much of a massage. The water was nice a hot tho. I would not recommend if you want a jacuzzi.

Bedding so far no issues & the tv works perfectly fine. My daughters are excited about the pool because who doesn’t love going swimming in the winter!!

Staff were great but once we got to our room we got overwhelmed with cigarette smoke (it’s a smoke-free building) we changed rooms and the smell was better but once we started getting ready for bed we noticed how dirty the room was. Walls had what looked like coffee marks on the walls, closet doors and the back of the bathroom door, drain worked but was damaged and the shower head was leaking and had limescale I went the next morning to see if maybe any cleaners could do something but they didn’t have any (due to thanksgiving morning I assume). My fiancée wanted to sleep in the car she was beyond uncomfortable
