  No pool no hot tub said it seasonal but I asked when will it be open they said not sure room was not clean I can say I looked very proficiently for bugs and I did not find any So that's a plus

  Couldn't expect too much with it costing less than $100.00. Was the mid price of hotels in the area. The good: Room was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great for us. The bad: The heater was so loud and rattled all night long. The other “guests” didn’t quiet down until about 230am.The water wasn’t hot. The pool was not open.

  Date: April 4th, 2026 RE: Best Western Bordentown Inn, 1068 Route 206 , Bordentown, NJ 08505, United States Room: Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - Non-Smoking To Whom It May Concern, I am requesting a full refund for our reservation. The hotel room was in unacceptable condition and did not meet basic cleanliness and non-smoking standards. Upon entering the room, we noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke and mildew. My wife is allergic to smoke, and she began having an allergic reaction immediately after being exposed to the odor. The presence of air freshener appeared to be an attempt to mask the heavy cigarette odor rather than resolve the issue. In addition, the condition of the room included serious cleanliness and safety concerns, including: The bathroom floor was spongy and buckling away from the surface. The hallway floor was sticky and also buckling away from the surface. The bathroom shower was dirty, with visible mold and mildew on the floor and on the glass. The bed linens were wrinkled and appeared questionable. After turning on the air conditioner to help clear the smell, we found a layer of black dust/soot across the top, as if it had never been cleaned. Overall, the room conditions were deplorable and unacceptable. For these reasons, we are requesting a refund of this reservation.

  My room was extremely dirty. The only clean thing I my room was the bed and towels. The shower was dirty, the floor, the nightstands, the switches for the lights and the chairs and ottoman was very dirty. There was also a hole in the wall in the bathroom that looked like something had chewed through the wall.

  We needed to find a decent price to to stay for the night and the reviews weren’t bad. I was not expecting the ritz but the amount of filth and dirt in the room and the intense smell of cigarettes for a non smoking room was beyond the expectations of a 3 star hotel. I did inform the front desk upon my checking out and hope that it will inform the management.
