    To Whom It May Concern, I am currently staying at the Holiday Inn in Woodbridge. I visit this area often and usually stay at the Delta Hotel, Residence Inn, or APA Woodbridge because of the many kid-friendly places nearby. I chose your property this time because the pool stays open later. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment I checked in, the issues began. • The TV in my room continuously glitches and the screen is not clear. • The bathroom toilet has clogged repeatedly. Maintenance has already been to my room four times. During the last incident, I asked Tiffany for assistance, and she stated she needed to speak with the General Manager. I never received a call back, and I’ve had to resort to using the downstairs restroom. • The microwave in my room was unstable and positioned on a slant. This morning, when my daughter attempted to use it, the food burst out, burning her arms and stomach. This is extremely concerning and completely unacceptable. The only positive interaction I have had was with Jackie, who was very pleasant and helpful. Aside from her, this stay has been anxiety-inducing, stressful, and unsafe. I have yet to hear from any General Manager regarding these issues, even though many reviews already mention a lack of management responsiveness. This experience has made it clear that guest safety and comfort are not priorities at this location. Due to this, I will not be staying here again. I expect follow-up regarding my concerns, particularly the microwave incident involving my daughter.

    When I went to the holiday inn hotel to check in for my room the front desk lady sent me in a room that was destroyed rooms weren't clean at all the walls were damaged the blankets and sheets weren't clean at all I found hair in my blanket.

    Tiffany front desk was amazing! My reservation had an issue when I checked in, but she handled it quickly and made sure I was taken care of. Super helpful and friendly.

    This place has made sure I will never book at a HI Express again. The room was actually very spacious - I was given an "accessible" room, which is fine. And then I saw the FUTON bed. And then I noticed that the air vent blew directly down onto said futon bed. Berween the two, I spent probably the most uncomfortable night of my life getting very little sleep. In the morning, I ate in my room (I had brought my own food), then packed up, checked out via the app, and went out the stairway entrance. About 20 minutes later, while I was on my way to a funeral, the hotel tried calling me. I let it go to voicemail since I was driving They left no message. 10 minutes later, when I was AT said funeral, I get a call from an "unknown number," which I rejected because I don't answer these calls, and I was at a funeral. When another call came through right away, I stepped out of the funeral and answered. It was the Woodbridge Police, calling to talk to me about the "Incident I was involved in at the HI Express this morning." Apparently, whoever got into a fight down at breakfast (note: I ate in my room and never even went to the lobby or the breakfast area) must've claimed MY room number as theirs, so suddenly I was "involved" in something I wasn't even present for. So... if the bed/air didn't turn me off enough, this incident did. I am DONE with these hotels from now on.

    I have never wrote a review in my life. Do not book at this location. I went as it was close to a competition I was in, needed to cut weight and the hot tub didn’t work, the bath did not get hot. Phone is the room did not work and to top it off tv did not work. I went to the front desk just to explain and they told me they would refund $50 or change rooms, I accepted the $50, next day comes I check out and on my receipt the $50 is not off. I had to call the supervisor to explain, she said she would get back to me. Never did call me back, so I called again the next day, got a hold of her and she told me sorry nothing we can do as you booked through Expedia. I asked why did you said $50 off the other night then, she had no reply. Jackie was answering yesterday saying you need a supervisor now today Jackie is the supervisor. Makes 0 sense This location has no customer service and so many issues
