    This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. No clean towels, no clean sheets. They don't have any to give you. This place is a joke.A red roof inn would be better than here!!!! Do you yourself a favor don't book to stay here!!! The manager is careless and arrogantThey really need to fire her.She was of no help during my stay

    Housekeeping staff steals and is very unprofessional they enter your room even with DND tags on the door and even if your in the room. They also steal items from.the room of which we have proof of with a camera we left in our room while going out for lunch. They entered our room and messed around with things we seen one housekeeper in there actually open a backpack we intentionally left there and she took out 27.00 dollars from the 50 we intentionally left and put it in her pocket . We do not recommend ANYONE stay here! There are much better hotels and newer ones down the street... Trust us stay away from this place. Do your family a favor and stay in a better more professionally run hotel. This is more a motel than a hotel IHG should strip the ihg brand off this franchise because it is really making the ihg brand look bad. We have sent the video proof to IHG corporate headquarters.. hope they shut this hotel down as a IHG branded hotel!

    Review Title: Discriminatory Treatment and Severe Safety Concerns Rating: 1/5 I am writing this to warn others about the blatant racism and disturbing behavior we experienced at this hotel. If you are not Hispanic, expect to be mistreated and racially profiled. Our stay was defined by harassment that made my family feel unsafe and unwelcome from start to finish. Harassment and Stalking (Housekeeping): A housekeeper (whose name sounded like "Ida") exhibited extremely unprofessional and behavior. She targeted my husband with what we consider harassment and discrimination, following him through hallways and even into the parking lot. It became clear she was obsessed or stalking him, and we spoke to another Black family on-site who reported she was doing the exact same thing to them. Whether her motivation was racial animosity or inappropriate fixation, her behavior was obsessive and unacceptable. And on multiple occasions she opended the door to our room with Do not disturb signs, what was she up to with that which also added to our feelings of being harassed and stalked. Professionalism and Safety Issues: The night staff also contributed to an unsettling environment. One employee spent his entire shift staring intensely at the security monitors and at guests in a manner that felt more like "Norman Bates" than a professional security presence. Summary: The combination of racial profiling and the stalking behavior of the staff is a massive liability. We felt targeted because we are Black, and the lack of boundaries from the employees is frightening. We will never return, and I strongly urge management to investigate the housekeeping staff and night shift immediately. Update to review: Whoever replied as the owner DID NOT directly speak or address any of these issues with us..So to whoever is replying as owner your a complete liar!... not to meantion very unprofessional! You need to be fired if your a manager because of your lack of experience as you did not speak to us or directly address anything with us at all! If you did we wouldn't be leaving this review! Maybe you spoke to the other family or someone else and have us confused with someone else but you did not speak to or address anything with us directly or personally!!!! This shows you have more problems like this so like we said Everyone stay away from this so called hotel!

    To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to give my highest recommendation for Mr. Ali Farooqi, Night Auditor and Front Desk Associate at the Holiday Inn Express. During my stay, Mr. Farooqi demonstrated exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and dedication to guest satisfaction. Working the night shift is never easy, yet he handled every responsibility with calmness, efficiency, and a welcoming attitude. From check-in to addressing late-night requests, he ensured that everything was handled smoothly and promptly. His customer service skills truly stand out. He was attentive, respectful, and genuinely committed to making guests feel comfortable and valued. It is rare to find someone who combines strong organizational skills with such a positive and reassuring presence. He represents the hotel with integrity and excellence. Mr. Farooqi’s work ethic, reliability, and commitment to hospitality make him a tremendous asset to the Holiday Inn Express team.
