- LALourdes ArceMar 27, 20263.0We went for a conference and we were disappointed to find a very old building, looks like a Motel, with small hallways, rooms with small bathroom and damaged tub. We had to ask for extra towels because was not enough for 2 people and soap because there was not in the room.
- BCBrian CMar 23, 20262.0Terrible experience. Hair in the bathroom, the room was not properly cleaned and the bed was very uncomfortable. The TV also constantly kept cutting in and out every 15-20 mins. This was only a short overnight stay. Not coming back.

From the moment we walked in, there was a strange, unpleasant smell that never went away. The room looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in ages. The bed sheets were visibly stained, which is already unacceptable, but it somehow got worse. There was hair inside the shampoo bottle yes, inside it which made me question the cleanliness of absolutely everything in the room. The air conditioning didn’t work at all, so the room was stuffy and uncomfortable all night. On top of that, there was no hot water, so even trying to shower and feel clean after being in that room was impossible. The most horrifying part was the next morning. My daughter woke up covered in what appeared to be bed bug bites. I have never seen anything like it, and it was honestly disturbing and upsetting. No guest especially a child should ever have to go through that. This place is not just disappointing, it’s completely unacceptable. It is dirty, poorly maintained, and honestly feels unsafe to stay in. I would strongly recommend staying anywhere else.
