After checking out, the money was supposed to be returned to me within 5–10 days. However, even after 15 days, I still haven’t received my refund. Every time I called the hotel, they kept blaming my bank. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the issue is with the hotel, not them. I feel cheated out of my money. It’s very disappointing. I will never stay at this hotel again. The hotel itself is beautiful, but this situation completely ruined my experience. Be careful so you don’t get scammed the same way.
