The first time we stayed earlier this summer, the AC to the common areas was out. This time there were old stains on the sheets, badly done repairs in our room, and the smell of the disinfectant they're using was incredibly pervasive. It's still mostly clean, and the staff is very kind, but the inattention to detail doesn't work for me at that price.
- DNDana NewsumDec 22, 20251.0Nasty, nasty, nasty. Room 110 was beyond disgusting. I submitted my video to corporate and the CEO. They offer $35 in reward points. What a joke!!!! The room smelled like vomit!!! 🤮. The floors were sticky, I mean sticky. Let me tell you in the video you can hear my sneakers sticking to the floor in the bedroom and the shower. There was crust around the base of the toilet on the floor. The icing on the cake was the pubic hair in the shower. Do NOT stay here and they simply don’t care what you have to say. Don’t even look at the powdered eggs but that seems to be industry wide. Stay away from this HOTEL IT IS NASTY!!!! I cannot tell you through words enough how nasty this hotel room was!!!! They trimmed the video to fit so missed a lot but trust me this place SUCKS!!!
