Disgusting! Where do I begin with this hotel. We are a small family that never complains. But this hotel is an exception. From first moments of checking in extremely strong, foul, nicotine smoke filled the hallway entrance to the room and especially the bedroom. Spoke to the Guy at the desk, he was not accommodating or helpful or even pleasant. Decided to stay after spraying the rooms with air freshener. Only to find out that the bathroom faucet was broken. And there was a dirty Face cloth in the shower from the previous guest. The cushions to the coats were ripped and shredded. The food overpriced, and tasteless. And to top it all off, there’s literally men’s boxer shorts in the front entrance steps of the hotel that says it all about this hotel. Unaccommodating unapologetically disgusting. Nowhere near worth the $280 a night I paid. I feel the Friday out of my hard earned money. If it allowed me to give no stars, I would

Room was good, stayed due to bad weather. Lady in the breakfast area was a little off putting but, otherwise everything was ok.
Didn’t realize there would not be a breakfast buffet. Breakfast is typically an amenity I look for. With the price of the rooms, you could offer a small section of grab n go breakfast items. Just a thought.

While I’m not usually one to take the time to write a review. I really did want this to be known to the public and future guests at this establishment. The breakfast actually made my Son and I sick. We are there on Monday morning and when i tell you I say for a good 30 minutes until a server arrived then was handed undercoveragenten eggs as I could tell they were still cold. Everything Here is frozen nothing is freshly cooked. Everything about my stay was awful and I will not be back. I stayed a few months ago and that stay was very pleasant the staff was great I had 2 woman at the front desk that truly do care. I was checked in by a man thistimw and let me say he should not be working in customer service!

We stayed for one fun night! Four rooms-clean-towels-neatly prepared! Pool was so warm and sparkled! Area was great to sit and watch! Margaritas at night was filling and a blast-breakfast was great- Tainea was solo and worked hard to serve us well! Luba answered our questions-gave us extra towels and let us extend our stay with a a late checkout! Whole place was clean- everyone we met was friendly (pool people, manager, any staff)! It was a great time! Thanks HU! You did well!
