If you attempt to make a reservation with this hotel directly there is a good chance it will be redirected to an online travel agent or other shopping site of which this fact will remain hidden from you because you will not know it has been transferred. Once this happens you will lose the rights to cancel or postpone your reservation(s). The fees you were charged when you booked the reservation will be lost to you. The front desk clerk, Carlton, states this is a common complaint and yet they will not do anything to repair the problem or make it right by their customers. It's a smelly situation and one that should be investigated for fraud and/or scams. Even though we work in the area monthly, we will never stay at this IHG location or a Holiday Inn Express again.

He literally just hung up on me after inquiring about rates for this Friday Holiday inn needs to get him some new training. I’ve never been treated so poorly by someone in hospitality
