    Rooms were beautiful & very clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Pool was great. Hotel restaurant wasn’t bad either.

    Room was nice but being stuck beside the elevator wasn’t very pleasant. It sounded like an airplane landing in our room almost non stop. Asked to change rooms and there was non available. Booked the hotel almost a month before and there was a bunch of rooms still open. Don’t know how we drew the short straw on that one. They also over charged me for the room. Was booked on Priceline.

    Great service from every employee we ran into; always trying to ensure we are having a great stay (and it felt genuine, which is rare these days haha). Location leaves a little to be desired, but the road noise was minimal at night (and you should know it’s right next to a highway before you book , unless you didn’t do your homework and look at apple/google first haha) . Breakfast was a pleasant experience, sit down service and our server was attentive but not overbearing. Room was clean and had everything we needed. No smart tv in the room, but plenty of channels to keep us entertained (and it was a nice switch-up not having to browse through the streaming service haha). Parking lot was a little tight, but we were able to find a spot and we went during Valentine’s Day weekend, so it was most likely a lot busier than usual. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely come back!

    We loved working with their staff. We rented their Wentworth room on a weekly basis. Super friendly and professional!
