The location is great as well. But I had a matter during my stay and was told that the desk could not help and the manager was in a meeting. I had to go, but wrote to the manager's email explaining my issue. No acknowledgement after waiting for weeks. Really poor form and so easy to do correctly if her cared.

I have enjoyed staying here on multiple occasions however I finally ate the breakfast and it was terrible. Like truly awful. I’ve enjoyed free hotel breakfasts so much more and for my family of 4 we ended up paying $62. How crazy is that?! The bread was stale, the bacon was microwaveable, the potatoes were overcooked (I’ve never eaten a potato I didn’t like!) so that was impressively bad. The overall selection was also very pitiful. The service was superb but the actual food was hardly palatable.
