We went to dinner and when we came back at 11:00 pm, the room was worse than before. Super hot! At that time of the night, we had to moved everything to another room in another floor. Two days later, we asked for room service and the receptionist said they were too busy....wth, we paid $300 at night.....not worth it!!!

The TV worked, but it was difficult to get channels or see what was on. The people in the next room were too loud for 11 PM or midnight. Also, talk about cheap, they wanted $3 per bottle of water in the room.
