Staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. I give 4 stars because the room was slightly dated and there was no view from our room and the television lacked the ability to access streaming services and did not have a guide.

Front desk staff are horrible!! 4,000 nights at a Hilton hotel and they are one of the worst. Owners need to have serious conversations with their management

Terrible....we got to our room and the AC wasn't working. The room was hot and smelled musty. They sent the tech to fix it. We went to dinner and when we came back at 11:00 pm, the room was worse than before. Super hot!
At that time of the night, we had to moved everything to another room in another floor.
Two days later, we asked for room service and the receptionist said they were too busy....wth, we paid $300 at night.....not worth it!!!

Great location but over-priced
The art work in the room and in the hallway on my floor was of puzzle type which was annoying. The TV worked, but it was difficult to get channels or see what was on. The people in the next room were too loud for 11 PM or midnight. Also, talk about cheap, they wanted $3 per bottle of water in the room.
