Great hotel for us. Clean and modern, Nice and spacious room, friendly staff, good location as we had business to tend to in both North Conway and Jackson. In fact, I like that it’s a little bit away from the North Conway strip. Previously stayed at the lodge in Jackson Village. This is much better.

Wife and I liked the hotel. The room was very nice, and it should be, the hotel is new. I upgraded for the Mt Washington view and wa surprised when I was on the 2nd floor. Typically when you have a room with a "view" it's up a little higher. The hotel is only 4 floors and is up on a slight hill anyways I guess. The view was pretty nice, though pretty close to the road. Overall, not sure upgrading for the Mt Washington view is overall worth it, I'm sure any room on that side of the building had a perfect view. Breakfast was chaos. There were 2 employees running around trying to seat people, clean tables, set tables, and get drinks. It was not clear what guests were supposed to do as you get out of the elevator and the buffet table was right in front of you. Minimal options, food was ok. The employee that finally sat us said they were short staffed, I get it, everyone is these days, but the setup was unclear. We paid way too much for breakfast and I am positive plenty of people did not pay and wound up walking away because people weren't sure if breakfast was included. I may be wrong in that regard, there is a room upgrade where breakfast is included. I'm telling you it's not worth it. Overall, very nice hotel. Eat somewhere else until they figure out the kinks and get fully staffed.

It took a while to find someone at front desk, and the closet in the standard room is too small for just 4 jackets. But the welcome amenity we received was much more generous than other IHG properties for Platinum members

My family and I recently spent two nights at the new Hotel Indigo North Conway. As the property is newly opened, we were excited to check out this hotel. The Highlights: The common spaces are beautifully designed and very welcoming. My kids loved the complimentary hot chocolate in the lobby. The location is excellent, perfectly situated for ski access in the winter and ideally located for summer activities. The breakfast, while simple, was solid, and the views from the dining area are a fantastic way to start the day. The service throughout our stay was friendly and helpful. Areas for Improvement: Unfortunately, the room design and climate control had some issues: Climate Control: The in-room heater was a major issue. It was so loud and mostly blowing cold air, despite being set to heat. Adjusting the fan settings had no effect. It was impossible to sleep with it running, so we had to turn it off entirely, leaving us quite cold at night. Mention this to to front desk, but I don't think they cared much. Storage: The closet is ridiculously small. When traveling as a family of four with heavy winter gear, there is nowhere to hang jackets. Security: Surprisingly, there was no safe in our room, which is a significant oversight for a hotel. Pool: The pool area is visually nice, but the water temperature was unfortunately too cold for us to enjoy — even the kids found it too chilly for a swim.

I’m reviewing our experience at the viewpoint bar and restaurant, not the hotel. There is no separate Google listing for the restaurant. Save your time and money don’t use the restaurant. Untrained server. Service was terrible as she seemingly avoided attending to our needs for another drink or issue with our burgers not cooked to requested temperatures. Drink menu described wine choices that were not available. We had to clear our own table when done waiting for coffee. Server asked if want cream but she never returned with it.
