- NGNik GoffFeb 3, 20261.0We booked a stay at holiday inn express in north Conway NH for August, we stayed one night out of the week we booked a room for, and because of unfortunate circumstances their was a fire that caused our stay to be interrupted. It has now been 6 months and we still have not received a refund or been able to get in contact with anyone connected to the hotel, this is absolutely unacceptable. After the incident Jennifer Cosentino and Megan Olson promised us the refund was on its way and since then all we have gotten is radio silence and no refund after repeated attempts at communication.

Room’s AC was broken making it 80+ degrees, window blinds broken causing street light to come in, room overlooking cemetery, bath tub was extremely slippery, room smelled like cigarettes, gave us 2 queens instead of a king, and dried blood on both set of sheets that there’s no way the maid/staff didn’t see it. Usually I put up with it since it’s just a place to stay at night, but never seen anything like that. Complained to get into another room and they were overbooked so they sent us to a nearby hotel of lesser value. Will think twice before booking at another IHG property.

I had to scramble to find another hotel. Very unprofessional not contact guests. Will not book Holiday Inn again, Comfort Inn was much nicer and cleaner

There are many shops in walking distance from the hotel and Mt Canmore is less than 10 minutes away. The hotel is clean and comfortable and includes a delicious continental breakfast.
