The research was time well spent.The recent renovation was done well, everything clean and comfortable. The included breakfast offered a huge selection and was caringly attended by "Kitchen Linda." The walnuts and dried cranberries went with oatmeal, yogurt, and waffles, and made for a good snack later on. Having fresh fruit, coffee, hot water and tea available at the front desk 24-7 was a great perk and we got warm fresh-baked cookies twice. Despite so many good features, my husband and I agreed - it was the staff that "made" the experience. We were there long enough to hear how respectfully they spoke with one another and how kind they were with other guests as well. Fundamentally, they were good listeners.As we spoke with various staff members, we learned that many have been there for years and I imagine that there is a low turn-over rate. The sense of pride in their work showed. We would definitely stay here again.
