The building does not appear equipped to provide hot water for the number of guests housed. 3 days a not one hot shower. On a positive note Julio that works the front desk was excellent! Everytime we saw him he was the only person at the front desk dealing with a multitude of customers. He was kind and professional.

Julio at the front check-in desk was so welcoming to me and my Southwest crew upon check-in. He had a lobby full of people with just him by himself which he handled so well so professional it really amazed me. Julio made my night from a long day of work…. Thank you so much Julio😊

AMAZING service by Josh, the gentleman working the front desk this morning. When I didn’t show up for my ride to the airport, he not only called my room to make sure I was OK, but called me a car so during my minutes of scrambling and getting my things together I didn’t have to worry about ordering and waiting for a ride share. I would have missed my flight if not for Josh’s help and forward thinking. His kindness goes beyond customer service, but exemplifies what it means to care for another human being. Josh, I hope all of your traffic lights are green and you always get the best parking spot. I hope to see you again at a future stay! THANK YOU!

I stayed at the DoubleTree Nashua for my best friend’s wedding and had an awful experience from start to finish. When I first arrived, I decided to stop by the bar while waiting for the rest of the bridal party. The bartender asked for my ID, which I expected. I’m 32 years old and handed over my valid Massachusetts Real ID. She immediately said, “Oh babe, these are fake,” and proceeded to bend my ID in half, snapping it completely. This is beyond unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s now been two weeks, and despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel (both by myself and the bride), no one has responded or taken any responsibility. The hotel should absolutely be paying to replace my ID. To make matters worse, my room was dirty, and the toilet felt unstable, like it could fall through the floor. When I took my children to the pool Monday morning, they were yelled at and kicked out by older women during what turned out to be a private class. The posted pool hours showed it was open, and there was no signage indicating any private use or class schedule. Overall, the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for guests’ experience is shocking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if you’re coming for a special occasion.

I chose this hotel for my ENTIRE BRIDAL PARTY, based on amazing reviews. Our stay was absolutely awful. The rooms were dirty, and had bugs. While waiting for everyone to check in, some bridesmaids went to the bar. The bartender snapped two of my bridesmaids’ driver’s licenses in half. She felt they werent real. They were Massachusetts real IDs. We reported it immediately, and management promised to follow up — but weeks later, no one has contacted us or taken responsibility. We have left several messages for both on site managers and corporate. We have heard nothing. The hotel also lied about having a space for us to rehearse before the wedding, forcing us to practice on the garage roof. To make matters worse, our children were kicked out of the pool — even though there were no signs stating that kids weren’t allowed. We’ve called and emailed several times with no response. This level of negligence, dishonesty, and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. We’re now prepared to involve lawyers if this isn’t resolved soon. Between the dirty rooms, broken licenses, false promises, and unfair treatment of guests, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.
