Julio was friendly and kind to all the customers that were checking out. He had exceptional customer service when it looked stressful to me.

It was 30 degrees outside and for 3 days hot water in the bathroom didn't work..when we called the front desk we were told that run the water for 10..30 mins ...waste that much water...even after that it didnt work...the only explanation we got was that they had a problem...nothing else. I will be contacting Hilton corporate to complain.

He asked if we had stayed with them before we expressed that we have. And he was still kind enough to explain where everything was. We like staying at this hotel, its always clean and staff is kind. Always recommend if your staying in the area to stay here.

As always, the cookies deliver a top-notch experience! My only room for improvement here would be the view from the room. Though the room was clean, the AC was cold, and the water was warm, the view out of the window did leave me wanting more of the beautiful New Hampshire greenery I had come to see!
- MPMaria PichardoDec 21, 20255.0This was a staycation for us, rooms were clean, it was quiet, we enjoyed both the pool and hot tub temperature was okay for both not cold but not hot... hot tub was not working the day after. Julio at the front desk was excellent checking us in and answering any questions. Although service was good at the restaurant for breakfast, the food was cold. I ended up ordering an omelette. Overall staff in all areas were nice, welcoming and accommodating. It was a nice stay.
