Period!!! No ice machines on any floor except the lobby. So good luck if you need to heat anything up. Plus if you are a IHG member don’t expect a cookie. Not even a water. Rediculouse!! The worst stay ever. Stay at the holiday inn in Manchester off willow st. They have it all and it’s only 15 minutes.

Laid in bed and started to smell mildew. It only smelled near the top of the bed. Other than that the room was clean. Reported it to the clerk in the morning and all they said is they will let the manager know about it.
