The cleaning crew would often turn off the heat in the room in January. When I arrived it was midnight and the room was down to 55F. I turned the heat on and took a shower. By the time I was done it was warmer so I go to bed. Then the heat comes on and starts to make a squealing noise. I was too tired to deal with it then. I accepted it for the night and the staff did get it fixed the next day. The halls were often filled with people leaving their takeout trash outside their door. One day my room was skipped for room service. None of these are major issues but enough of an inconvenience I will not be back.

We arrived very early, 9am from New York and they agreed to accommodate an early check in, that was a significant relief. The room was clean, warm and equipped with everything we needed. The hotel is located minutes from the mall, shops and restaurants, "The Common Man" bar and restaurant is located at the ground floor and the food there was 10/10. Not much of a view.
I wish the room had a coffee maker and space to store our clothes.
The lobby has a nice selection of games and places to chill with the family, atmosphere is nice.
One counter person was rude when I inquired about extending our stay, she directed me to book online. But on the next day, another one was very kind and helpful. I even joined the Hilton rewards because of her. All in all, you get what you pay for. This place was worth the price.

The rooms, although clean, are Stark and underfurnished. No couch or chair attracting anyone to "chill out in their room"
Staff very pleasant, breakfast decent.

We stayed for two nights and were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom shower this time. The shower base and lower tile grout were visibly dirty, and there was a black hair left outside the soap pump.
On the first day, we requested the shower be re-cleaned. When we returned later, it was not cleaned. On the second day, when checking out, I mentioned the issue to the front desk.
This was especially disappointing because we stayed here in August and the cleanliness at that time was much better. I hope this feedback helps improve consistency moving forward.
