  Stayed here for two weeks . First and foremost pet friendly and not just dogs . I traveled with my dog and 20 year old cat . There are pet areas outside but unfortunately not all owners are responsible and left dog poop every where . Not a pleasant experience while walking my blind dog . The room was comfortable with a full kitchen . Had an issue with bathroom and maintenance was called . He came right away and took care of issue . Very nice and professional. As my family was staying for two weeks I didn’t care to have full housekeeping come in but they were nice enough to supply clean towels and I did have new linen brought in and took care of it myself. There is breakfast every morning typical eggs , sausage , cereal , yogurt and thankfully coffee all day . The weekend had waffles and other things . The only other issue was I had to extend checkout from 12pm to 2 pm which the first hour is no charge and after that every hour is $35 . I was fine with that except as my son and I were loading bags into car , our cards were deactivated and we got locked out . We had to walk not once but twice around building to front desk to have them reactivated . Unfortunately the second time the card wasn’t able to be activated , my purse and dog were still in room and all the woman at desk says is “can you find someone in hall to let you in.” I went up and down hall and found someone from housekeeping to let me in thankfully . As I was leaving I saw Michelle who took care of my wishes from housekeeping and she was so concerned after I explained what happened . She was so sweet and caring . Definitely an assist to the hotel . Also kudos to Julio from maintenance who helped the first issue and then second time . He explained at desk that if they couldn’t activate card he would need to change out battery. Eventually after a manager , I guess, came out and card was finally activated . Since I already had my dog and purse the woman just rudely said she would check me out . So hopefully I didn’t forget anything after all the trouble the other employees went out of their way to help me .

  this is the best hotel i have ever stayed in ..TOP NOTCH..staff is awesome..FREE BREAKFAST DAILY and its better on saturday and sunday ..tgey add do it yerself Waffles ..omgg...

  I stayed here in May 2024 for the SNHU Commencement Ceremony. The facility was exceptionally clean, the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful, and the suite provided ample space for four guests without feeling crowded. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and varied, adding convenience to an already comfortable stay. Its proximity to both the airport and downtown Manchester made travel effortless, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and well-maintained, making it an ideal choice for our relatively short stay.

  I switched Hilton properties from where I normally stay to the Homewood Suites thinking it would be nicer. I think I made a mistake. I used my Hilton app to check in the day before and request the digital key. I noted a 4PM arrival time. When I arrived at the hotel at five PM my room wasn’t ready. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic and let me stash my luggage behind the desk while I went to get dinner rather than wait. I arrived back at the hotel at 6:30 and my room was ready but had to have keys made since the digital app didn’t work right after the check-in issue. The next morning I went to use the fitness center and discovered that while the elliptical works, the electronics don’t. It wouldn’t power on at all. It was a nice fitness center though. After working up a sweat I went back to my room to discover that my shower was broken and wouldn’t turn on. The front desk lady was incredibly helpful and maintenance arrived around 10:30 to fix the shower. The room was clean but there were bugs making their way in. The hotel staff to include maintenance and housekeeping were outstanding but overall the property needs some maintenance and the attention to detail is lacking. When I come back into town next year I’ll likely stay at another location. There’s so many problems here for me to recommend it.

  Room was very mediocre (but clean), cleaning staff friendly but didn't speak english (which is fine with me but was difficult to communicate needs), managers were not friendly, on either shift (days/nights). Overall, very underwhelming. It was super quiet though, so no complaints in terms of no loud parties, overabundance of other guests, etc. Parking isnt free, it's $5 a night, not sure if its per vehicle. That was kind of annoying, parking should be included in the nightly stay, we already paid enough. Honestly just tired of fortune 500 companies nickle and diming to increase their profit margins - but I digress. Breakfast was only served for 3 hrs each day, 4 on weekends. Food was good, decent selection.
