Absolutely loved my stay at Homewood Suites Manchester New Hampshire Airport. From the moment I checked in the staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The breakfast was a standout. Fresh, plentiful, and way better than the standard hotel spread. It was a great way to start the day.
The location is another huge win. Super convenient to the airport and close to everything you might need without feeling hectic or noisy. Clean rooms, comfortable setup, and an overall vibe that makes you feel taken care of. I would 100 percent stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling through Manchester.

You could not pay me to stay here again. This place is gross. Carpets are filthy. First room I was out in smelled horrible. They switched me to a room that heated up to 83 degrees and was stuck there. The room was like a giant sauna and I could hardly sleep. The maintenance guy said that they accidentally had it on the emergency heating setting. Did not even apologize. I requested a partial refund and they said nope! The woman at the desk said if become a Hilton Honors member she’ll give me 1,000 points for the inconvenience, and if I get 30,000 I get a free night!!! I almost fell on the floor laughing. This place is terrible and pathetic, trying to look like a nice hotel by putting a fake Christmas tree in lobby and a buffet junk food breakfast. America is secretly poor.
Would not recommend.

We enjoyed our stay, and the room was a decent size for a two-bedroom suite. It was fairly clean, though daily housekeeping would have been appreciated. The pool could use a thorough cleaning, and we were disappointed that the waffle irons were often out of order. During our seven-night stay, the waffle maker only worked one morning. The second floor and laundry room also looked a bit dingy and could benefit from a deep cleaning.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay and would consider staying again. Our only other concern was parking. We were not informed at check-in that parking required an additional fee, and no one asked for our vehicle information. Despite that, a parking charge appeared on our final statement, which should have been explained upfront.

front desk work, older woman, awful! She was pleasant enough to say hello, but wen checking she asked for a card with m name on it and before before I knew it I was being charged $190 after already paying for the room in full online. There was someone behind me so I waited while I double checked that I had already paid online. When I inquired about he cost she informed me it was a $100 hold and a $75 pet fee. I informed her online it said nothing about hear charges at the time of check in and also those numbers did not add up to what I was charges. She ten said oh well it's tax and the $100 will be refunded one I check out. Due to pure frustration I simply stated that as the front desk worker part of her job is to explain policies before simply charging guest. She then gestured to the paperwork she had me signed and said "I would never sign something we without reading it, that's stupid". So now, I've 1 double charged, called stupid and t has been 2 days since I've checked out and I have been charged an additional $91 an no additional refund from the $190 I paid at check in.
Clearly this place cares nothing about heir guest and only a money. What crooks!
