  I'm here from Chicago for my graduation at SNHU. Dori is an amazing, awesome, wonderful person. Was having a hard time with a cab driver and she stepped in and calmed me down.   ***Paid $189.56 average nightly price for 15 days to get this room*** I am writing to express my disappointment with my current stay at the Holiday Inn, booked through Agoda (AAdvantage Hotels). My stay period is from November 2nd to November 17th, and the experience so far has been far below expectations. The room conditions are unacceptable — the carpets are dirty and covered in dust, causing the entire room to have an unpleasant odor. The bedsheets have visible stains, and the bathroom floor becomes completely wet after every shower due to an improperly fitted shower curtain. The bathroom also lacks an exhaust fan, which worsens the dampness and odor. Additionally, the room becomes extremely cold during the night, and there is no AC remote controller available to adjust the temperature. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor, making it impossible for me to work from the hotel, which is significantly impacting my business travel. I have already reported these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide any effective assistance or resolution.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed — Found Fleas in My Hotel Room I recently stayed at Holiday Inn], and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. My dog ended up getting fleas after staying in the room, and I also found evidence of fleas on the bed itself. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that’s supposed to maintain cleanliness and comfort for guests — especially those traveling with pets. I take excellent care of my dog and have never had an issue like this before. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned or treated. Because of this, I now have to treat my pet and my belongings for fleas, which is stressful and costly. If you’re considering staying here with pets (or even without), I would be very cautious. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and it’s disappointing that this location fell short. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures this doesn’t happen to other guests.

  It’s a good hotel, i was surprised on arrival about the new car parking payment. I did not use pool or hot tub.

  I like that the hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot jacuzzi tub, and the restaurant serves really good food. However, something very strange happened during my stay. The housekeeping staff came extremely early. On the first morning, a lady knocked on the door around 9 a.m. and said she was there for room cleaning, which was fine. But on the second day (10/13/25), around 9:30 a.m., someone knocked loudly and immediately opened our door without saying anything. It was so scary because I was naked in bed. Later, I told my husband about it, and he helped me put a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door before he went out for groceries — but guess what? They did it again, knocking and immediately opening the door without saying a word. This experience made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe, and honestly, it’s kind of ridiculous. we will never come back because of this.
