- VDValerie DuPontJan 2, 20265.0I was stranded at MHT after flying home from SC in between snow/ice storms. The roads to my home town were nasty. I called the Holiday Inn and they had one room with king bed. She sent a shuttle and gave me early check in. The room was amazingly clean and beautiful. All of the staff were over the top friendly and very helpful. The shuttle driver was just as amazing...I think his name was John. All of the wonderful people I dealt with made it possible to finally take a deep breath after a very stressful couple days dealing with the snowstorm and wondering when I could get home. Oh...and another top feature: you walk down the hall from the check in desk and enter the Airport Diner, which also had amazing staff, food, and cocktails! It was so good, I treated my peeps when they came to retrieve me the following day. I had such an amazing experience, I would go back for a couple days just to take a breather! Thank you to all for the top shelf treatment. I highly recommend you to anyone in need of such a service. A+++++++++

They charged our credit card 4 times for 2 rooms... in addition to other random $40 fees. We talked to the manager for over 30 minutes and they can't find all their charges, so they won't do anything. We will dispute this on our credit card but what a mess and time waste!

- SSsuman saurabhNov 8, 20252.0***Paid $189.56 average nightly price for 15 days to get this room*** I am writing to express my disappointment with my current stay at the Holiday Inn, booked through Agoda (AAdvantage Hotels). My stay period is from November 2nd to November 17th, and the experience so far has been far below expectations. The room conditions are unacceptable — the carpets are dirty and covered in dust, causing the entire room to have an unpleasant odor. The bedsheets have visible stains, and the bathroom floor becomes completely wet after every shower due to an improperly fitted shower curtain. The bathroom also lacks an exhaust fan, which worsens the dampness and odor. Additionally, the room becomes extremely cold during the night, and there is no AC remote controller available to adjust the temperature. Most importantly, the Wi-Fi connection is extremely poor, making it impossible for me to work from the hotel, which is significantly impacting my business travel. I have already reported these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide any effective assistance or resolution.
