    The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The shuttle to the was on time and efficient. And the location was perfect for restaurant and shopping access.

    Great place, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean. And one of the few hotels I've stayed in that when I put the do not disturb sign out they didn't disturb or come in the room while I was gone. Very respectful of your privacy.     Good, clean hotel. Undergoing renovations but they do a good job managing it. They accommodated my room request so that was appreciated. Can’t comment on breakfast at this time. The desk clerk, Grace, is an embodiment of her name. She greeted me with a smile, acknowledged my status, and grabbed a few packets of hot chocolate for me when it wasn’t readily available. I’d stay here again, and probably will.

    I came here for a brief 2 day decompress. All staff were friendly, even the housekeepers. Not just passing hellos for the sake of professionalism because it's their job they seemed to mean it with genuine smiles. The hot tub was a draw and it didn't dissapoint. A little small but was empty everytime I used it. They were even scrubbing the pool room floor one morning. Whole facilitaty immaculate. Manager was great and a man named Singh was working the ample continental breakfast and was extremely attentive. The uniformity of the brand Holiday Inn is something I've become accustomed to and trust all over the US in my travels. This specific location managed to be a notch above that expectation. Most reasonable price for the quality in the area. The mall is right there in eyesight and many resteraunts close as well. If I were having a short stay before, after, or in between fights I would've liked it even more. A hot tub and massage chairs or basic massages both at the mall.
