Me and my family come to this holiday inn a few times a year and Harry always remembers us and calls us by name makes us feel at home while away from home. He does whatever he can to accommodate us. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stay in a lot of hotels, and it’s rare to meet someone who makes guests feel genuinely valued. The fact that he remembered me really meant a lot. His level of service should absolutely be recognized—he represents this hotel exceptionally well.

This is the best Holiday Inn you can find anywhere. They have a great free warm breakfast eggs sausage bacon biscuits and gravy and cinnamon rolls all the time... Great Dunkin donuts coffee. And in the dining room helping us out every moment you sit down from start to finish...you'll find Singh. He keeps everything stocked well during breakfast and make sure that you're smiling You dishes are picked up and that your morning starts off right. Great staff here. Location is hands down the best right off the highway on South Willow

I was clumsy and he came right in and cleaned up and told me everything is okay I felt bad. But it wasn’t more than two seconds so this hotel is very clean and quiet. 10/10
