We almost left but ended up using our own jacket on top of the bed and slept like crap. What a miserable experience it was. It was already late at night so we didn't feel like changing rooms (what's the point) or going to another hotel. A 3-star hotel? More like 1-star motel.

I call this lack of attention by the supervisor. The room served a purpose, it was clean and safe, but come on when someone forks out that kind of money for a room a night, let’s get things correct. Last time I will part with my money ate a Hilton Garden Inn.
