As Manchester's only full-service downtown hotel, we are within walking distance to great restaurants, an off-Broadway theatre, the Southern NH arena and nightlife. This modern, high-rise hotel offers spacious guest rooms and suites and renovated bathrooms. All rooms include thoughtful amenities including a refrigerator and a work desk with multiple device access. Enjoy scenic views from the upper floors, and upgrade to a suite for a separate living space and a curved television. There are two restaurants on-site. The lobby café offers a full, hot breakfast buffet and plated American breakfasts, as well as peaceful views of the park outside. Enjoy American cuisine in a casual setting for lunch and dinner at JD's Tavern. The health club on the third floor includes treadmills, universal machines, and free weights. Take a swim at our indoor heated pool. The hotel offers an abundance of meeting space. A total of 65,000 sq. ft. of well-designed and flexible meeting space includes a 30,000 sq. ft. exposition center. There is an on-site audio-visual company that offers full meeting support.     Check -in took literally one minute which meant a lot to me after a 7 + hour drive. Order the clam chowder from the bar and thank me later. Staff were helpful, friendly and all the things you’d expect from a great over night.

    I went to an expo here. The toilets were not clean. My shoes stuck to the floor. There were no handicap parking. It surprised me. The corredors were plenty wide and easy to move around.

    Overall, not bad. Room was clean and seemed to possibly be updated within the last few years. Parking situation isn't great. Self-park only and the garage is quite a distance from the rooms. "Executive Lounge" leaves a lot to be desired. Messy, not many options, unfriendly staff.
