The welcoming DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown hotel is conveniently located less than five miles from the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT). As Manchester's only full-service downtown hotel, we are within walking distance to great restaurants, an off-Broadway theatre, the Southern NH arena and nightlife.
This modern, high-rise hotel offers spacious guest rooms and suites and renovated bathrooms. All rooms include thoughtful amenities including a refrigerator and a work desk with multiple device access. Enjoy scenic views from the upper floors, and upgrade to a suite for a separate living space and a curved television.
There are two restaurants on-site. The lobby café offers a full, hot breakfast buffet and plated American breakfasts, as well as peaceful views of the park outside. Enjoy American cuisine in a casual setting for lunch and dinner at JD's Tavern.
The health club on the third floor includes treadmills, universal machines, and free weights. Take a swim at our indoor heated pool.
The hotel offers an abundance of meeting space. A total of 65,000 sq. ft. of well-designed and flexible meeting space includes a 30,000 sq. ft. exposition center. There is an on-site audio-visual company that offers full meeting support. And as always, we'll greet you at check-in with a warm DoubleTree chocolate chip cookie.

Not a big fan of writing reviews, but when something is not what it is foretold to be, i like to warn innocent people of bad business practices....ZERO STARS. Where do I start. We arrived and were told we have to pay 15$/night for parking ( not previously mentioned) the room we rented didn't have the microwave we were told it had (there was a single one in the lobby, I'm assuming that was the included microwave although booking.com said it was in the room, and we were on floor 7) The breakfast that was included in our purchase, was NOT included with our purchase. The beds were very uncomfortable for my entire family, not just me. The "pool and spa" were just a pool, no spa (money grab) The food in the restaurant in the lobby was bland, tasteless, and overpriced for what it was. Upon arrival home, we checked our bill and noticed that they charged us for our dinner and drinks to our room, even though we paid cash, and when we called to resolve the billing issue we were met with rude comments and were send down a spiraling list of numbers and extensions to call only to be met with a voicemail that was full, thus not resolving the billing. The only thing they have going is the many amenities for drinks and dinner OUTSIDE of the hotel in the area. 10 / 10 would NOT recommend this place to anybody. Your only paying for the hotel lobby to look decent. EDIT: After reading the other negative reviews after writing this one, I'm hoping for a real resolution to these issues, not the mundane responses others have received for their unfortunate visit to this location.

I been coming here for the past 3 months for the convenience of you guys being right beside where I work when I come into town. I usually arrive around midnight and always have the pleasure of a young man behind the desk and a security guard that goes above and beyond! However there has been a couple of times I have arrived early and I regret it each time because I am meet with a gentleman (can't remember his name) that just always had the worst attitude and to be honest should never be in customer service! I believe his name is Chris. I have seen countless times him treating guest with disrespect and not showing one ounce of gratitude! I suggest you do something with this guy because he is definitely not the answer.

BEWARE, READ ALL
Such a bummer experience when it should have been the greatest weekend of all, my spouse graduated from SNHU. The free breakfast at Holiday Inn Express was 10x better than the $43.00(for 2 people) breakfast here at DoubleTree. But the main issue was the lady at the front desk, I wish I had her name because she should find a dfferent career. She was very short, rude and noticeably irritated with every question we had.
There was no microwaves in the rooms.
We booked this hotel for the free shuttle service that we didn't get to use.
The deposit was supposed to be $100 and it was $150.
The deposit was refunded very quickly, that's really the only plus about this place.
I will never stop telling people the horrible experience we had there.
