  Our stay was one of the GROSSEST HOTEL EXPERIENCES we've ever had. When we woke up and went to use the bathtub (which had not been used yet), we found a significant amount of hair, dirt, grime, and even a bug sitting in the bottom. *See Picture* I called the front desk at 7:57 a.m., and they told me housekeeping would arrive around 8:30 and come right over. At 8:30 I went to the front desk and showed them a picture, and they said the cleaners were running late but would be there soon. My wife checked again at 9:00 and was told they would follow up. No one came until 9:47. Later that day, the tub began filling with water on its own and spewing out debris. It was absolutely disgusting. *See Video* We were excited to use the pool, but the water was too cold for me to get in. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where the pool wasn’t heated. Other guest were complaining about how cold it was. At least the kids didn’t seem to mind. While in there, we noticed a huge leak in the roof. It looked like there had been some quick patchwork done, but it seemed like it could collapse at any point. *See Video* The game room was another major disappointment. We were excited for the kids to use it, but almost everything was broken. • The pool table took $2 and never dispensed a cue ball. • The next day both pool tables had “Out of Order” signs. • The jukebox had an “Out of Order” sign. • The Skee-Ball machine took $1 but never turned on or deposited money back. • The claw machine took extra money, didn’t work, and didn’t give coins back. • The pinball machine turned on, but the ball instantly got stuck. • The golf game took $1, then asked for $2.75 more, and wouldn’t refund. We lost over $5 on broken machines, luckily the front desk gave us a refund for this. They should just put a CLOSED sign on the door until they get the games fixed. The staff members were friendly and tried to help. Unfortunately, the property itself is extremely run-down, poorly maintained, and the cleanliness issue… especially the bathtub… was completely unacceptable. My family left feeling genuinely grossed out. I don’t usually complain, but I wanted to leave an honest review with pics/video so others can avoid this place until some updates are done.   I came on vacation and took my children swimming and we had the best time best staff shah and Nancy checked me in I was greeted by Celine’s as well so lovely everyone the poo was great nice and clean even the changing rooms were wonderful thank you for a great time we will be back for sure more than enough towels too

  I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past, I usually opt for the jacuzzi room. I have never had a complaint in all my previous stays. It used to be clean and enjoyable stay. I don’t know what happened here but this place went extremely downhill fast. The sauna and hot tub are now boarded off, the pool was cold and so murky you couldn’t even see the bottom step. There are people clearly on drugs roaming the halls and needle caps scattered throughout the parking lot. I took my $100 loss and left the hotel as I felt unsafe there with my children.

  I had a very pleasant experience during my stay. The hotel is organized, clean, and offers a welcoming environment for families. The staff was attentive and always willing to help, making the stay even more comfortable. The heated pool has a very pleasant temperature, perfect for relaxing and enjoying special moments. Thank you for the care and warm hospitality — it was truly a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

  My personal worst hotel experience. Got the pet friendly room: No hot water in our room. Sheets were stained and hair was found in the bed. Right off the parking lot so when the curtains don’t close you get all the light from the lot lights. Tv is a google device and has a hard time connecting to apple devices. Left at around 930, couldn’t stay the night. Definitely not worth the price of $163 if I can’t even take a hot shower.
